As a ma/pa duplex owner in Oakland, I have, like many,
suffered with countless others,
experienced much difficulty with tenant eviction possibility.
Our city / county have turned their backs on Rental Providers.
They have been an incredible resource, providing monthly meetings with Specialists in the rental arena.
