East Beach Volleyball Courts, Santa Barbara CA

Really nice. The sandy beach is well maintained, clean. If you drive a little forward and turn onto Nino street, there is a public restroom in front of the zoo.

Awesome spot great beach courts and ocean! But no enforcement on no dogs on beach despite signs absolutely everywhere! No bylaw enforcement

The sand courts are great and lots of players are out there playing.often.
My favorite beach to take a morning jog on as well.

Courts are so close to the water and if you get here before 8am there is usually free street parking. Super close to downtown Santa Barbara.

Best beach around! Lots of sand with no worry of being washed out. Very little oil in the sand so your feet stay clean. Tons of volleyball courts and people playing all day every day. Clean and beautiful, definitely our favorite beach to go to and highly recommend!

My experience there was good. Very satisfying for a short period of time in the early morning hours before it gets busy. Tremendous view and a parking spot with shade.

Best beach for volleyball. If u take ur dog, must b on leash. No dogs on beach, only park area.

Sandy beach, sunny all year round, clear water, tons of volleyball players taking advantage of the courts. It does get pretty crowded during weekends.

Busy in the morning 8am (mid week in winter) with teams and partners practicing and playing yet plenty of courts still open. No idea if this is typical though it likely is. Also don't know if one might show up and join in with other people already playing. Ample parking on the street.

A place I've spent many summers and weekends growing up. Great spot for sunrises or sunsets, the entire area has some deep history with heartfelt meaning to locals. Plus it's close to the place I will be at when my name is called upon.the Santa Barbara Cemetery.

Best beach VB courts around. I counted 25. From there, you can also cross the road and take the trail to the bird sanctuary.

Great place to play some beach volleyball and enjoy some light waves. Good for just lounging in the water and enjoying the sunset! Parking is back in only and limited, so maybe put a longboard in the car if you park farther away. Good spot though with nice sand too.
