Got a pretty nice ride from this place! I was in need of a daily car badly, as soon as 1 day, and walked in with a trade in, and left with a sweet '15 Sonata. And in very nice condition too, with low miles! My credit score was average, above 600 but below 650, but thankfully I had good credit history for about 4 years, and was able to leave the lot with a new ride! The person who made this all possible was Gaby, she's a very sweet lady that made it all possible. She showed me what kinds of cars I could get within my likings and price range, and she worked her magic to get me out of there with a new ride. As a first time buyer at a dealer, she definitely made it very easy and simple, not so scary as others say. I definitely recommend talking with Gaby to get yourself a new whip! Don't miss out on the variety they have, from daily, offroad, muscle and luxury, they seemed to have had it all! Get a good deal while you still can, check this place out!

Came in approx a month ago to lease a Chevy Tahoe. So initially I drove from San Bernardino and they promised everything would be ready Upon arrival. So I traveled 2 hrs and once I got there they had a mechanic installing their tracking device or making a fix (whatever) the people in charge insisted on putting some gas in the tank (unbeknownst to me the truck has a issue where it can take About 20 minutes to fill. Weird thing where truck doesn’t wanna accept the gas) then soon as I get on the freeway a light referring to stability trax came on. So now I’m calling just wanting the problems fixed and Carlos just relayed to me that I signed a “AS IS” so basically they sold me a lemon and won’t even be decent enough to fix the problem. 5000 deposit 600 a month 72 month contract and I have to come out of pocket is ridiculous. Honestly I believe that I was worked, new buyers should be weary they have no INTEGRITY.

Worst place to get a used car. They did not tell me about the damages the car had, they were hiding it. Not gonna lie, the people there are nice and helpful, but their used cars are BAD! I lost a lot of money but whatever. I learned my lesson to NEVER trust used car dealerships.

First time buyer here, most of the cars are in low mileage. I just wanted to say thank you for all the people who helped me to get my new car here. The process was very fast. I first inquire online, they then they replied to me as soon as they can. I communicated with Raymond who assist with all customer inquiries and then Manny was very helpful with me even I'm not in the store yet. When I got there, Juan was very friendly and tell me three things in order to get the car that I liked, another sales manager explained to me about my loan (sorry i forgot his name). Since I was in a rush to get a car on that day, I didn't think and check what car I'm getting, so I took a car that I thought I might like but then realized later that it's not what I need. I got approved from auto loan but I don't want to.pay High interest, so while waiting for my auto loan from credit unions, they let me bring the car and give me three days to process it. Once I got my auto loan check, I brought it there but I don't want the car that I had so I asked to exchange it, exchanging it was so fast as well, I did the same process. James Duque and Pouria was very helpful during this process, thank you again. Highly recommended to get a used vehicle with low mileage. They have lots of vehicles on their inventory.

If you're looking for a used car this is definitely a place to go really nice people not pushy at all I really had a good experience there and I think you would too

The sales person I worked with was nice and pleasant and I left with a car I like, but I was maliciously cheated out of almost $2000. I brought in my truck to trade in for a car. We agreed on $14879 out the door for the car. We agreed on $18000 value for my trade in. That's exactly $3121 difference. I owed about $16500 on the truck. Which is about $1700 in my pocket. I shook hands with the sales guy on these figures and went to the paper work lady. She asked if I went over the numbers with the sales guy. I said yes, $14879 for the car $18000 for the truck. She said that's correct and gave me the papers to sign. Said I would have my payout after they get truck title.

That was early Sep. Come early Oct I'm looking for my check and call. I'm told that it takes them 30 days after it takes the DMV 6 weeks before I get my check. So at a couple days before 30 days I call again. Now someone is telling me I signed a different deal. I'm not owed any money, the difference was used to pay taxes and fees for the purchase of the car.

That wasn't the deal I shook to. Be careful with this dealership. They will say yes and skip over the rest until it's to late. I wouldn't have driven the car home if I knew they were planning on cheating me like this. Even during the sales process they tried to get me to approve changing all the numbers involved to minus $2000 so that me and themselves would pay less taxes and registration fees. I said no that was to weird for me. Should have known they would take that $2000 by force.

I'm highly disappointed with my experience. Ethan was my sales guy, he knew what he was doing. His managers know what they are doing. Be careful at this place. Double check all the numbers before you sign any papers.

This place doesn't help you to get a car they just want the down-payment to be higher than 2500. They don't give a discount if you find something wrong with the car that you wanted to buy. For example the Toyota tacoma had a piece of its grill broken and I told them about. They said that's how it come. Would not be coming back.

Sent me an email advertising a vehicle in stock. I get there and waited over 40 minutes for them to go get the van from another lot. Sales person never came back nor called me. So, I left. I wonder if they even had the vehicle in stock. Either way I won't do business with them.

To the comment below. I didn't go to the wrong location. Your statement reads like I did something wrong! I just showed up at your location in El Cajon, the address the sales person gave me earlier in the day. You, just need to own up that your system is messed up. Making a customer wait over 40 mins just not right. Your sales person didn't even call the Showroom I was waiting in. At least inform me that they were having a problem finding it. Because, I called after I left and talked to very same sales person. Again, I didn't do anything wrong! I just showed up to buy a vehicle from your company. Which your company advertised to me through an email. It's your lost. There are plenty of cargo vans at other dealerships for me to buy.

ISCAMJuly 2021 they tried to sell me a mersadez truck a lemon. Then salesman Ernie showed me a camero. 2020 ten thousand miles.after one week the transmission started to slip. Emeditly I took back four times. But manager Carl said take to dealer it's under warranty. I should have called the police and department of justice.but I trusted these people. Don't trust this dealer. They will scam you.

Very disappointed. I drove from Riverside to see a particular vehicle. However, I was not advised the vehicle had a CNG engine type, much less the vehicle's information on their website (as it only stated regular fuel.) I kindly ask to display accurate information online. If you misinform customers as a tactic to get them to view other vehicles in your lot, there is no transparency in your sales practices. SHAME.

Very professional establishment, exceptional service, Damian was a beyond helpful and helped us out with bet way he could. If you’re looking for a car to purchase definitely give them a shot.

Online I found a car I wanted to test. I didn't set an appointment. Just showed up, talked to a sales guy, test drove the car. No problems. Then their great selection of pickups caught my eye. I ended up buying a 2017 Nissan Frontier 4x4. Price was OK. Not any higher or lower than other places. Watch out for the extra "tire replacement" charge on the contract. I had them remove it.

After driving for a few days, found the truck had bad squeaks over pot holes and speed bumps. I finally took it back to them 29 days after buying it (within the 30 day dealer warranty). Drove it with Carlos the service manager. Of course there were no squeaks when he was in the truck. But he said he'd look at it anyway. He took it apart and ended up replacing shocks and bushings. Now it is perfect. My cost $0 and a little time.

The car lot is pretty much like all the others, with slightly desperate feeling salespeople. But the car selection was great, and the service was FANTASTIC. I would totally recommend going to this place, based on my experience.
