8Today to get some information of membership. The guy at the front desk is amazing. He helps very good answers all my questions. He’s very nice. I really don’t remember his name. I forgot but excellent service.at 5: 10 PM and he was the only guy in the front very nice very courteous very respectful good job
Great staff! My kids look forward each week to taking swimming lessons here and the instructors really love what they do. We’ve been going for a few years now.
Total waste of time. Swimming lessons suck and no guarantee. Place sucks! Save your money go someplace else.
Customer service here is very poor. Branden, the manager of front desk, took pride in clarifying that he has other people waiting 30 mins.when I asked him if he would please pay attention to what I was asking and answer my question.
This location has been here forever i remember coming as a child and now 30 years later bringing my children. I am happy with the service and facilities
Very very nice why well maintained well care for great staff can't say anything but good things about the why take the kids enjoy yourself family loves it
The water aerobics class is not an actual class but a play time. No structure, no actual exercises. Very disappointed.
Watch out for racist people, management is threatening and bullies those who pay to join. I know from experience, staff and management play favorites and are very threatening emotionally and verbally!
