Dr. Carpio has always been very kind and professional. You feel at ease and reassured. Staff members are great as well, however, the xray area of the clinic did not provide any privacy for the patient.

The Doctors are great my only concern is everytime I have an appt. It still takes way too long after checking in for us to actually get seen — one time it took 45 minutes for me and my daughter. It takes 2 hours for a single procedure to finish because you have to wait so long.

Loved Mark, Dr. Chang, and Vannia! All amazing staff and quickest most painless root canal!

I visited the office for the second time today.
When I first visited, I had it done at another dental clinic.
The implant denture screw came off.
I was shaking, but I was so thankful that the doctor put it on first so I could eat some soft food.
I am looking forward to my next appointment.

Never been a fan of the dentist but everyone from front desk to the assistants and doctors, was super knowledgeable and welcoming. Dr. Kamada explained everything throughly to my understanding. I’m definitely recommending this office to friends and family

Highly recommended dental office. Wonderful experience from start to finish, including 2 root canals, Dr. Chang with 2 new crowns, Dr. Carpio, in my emergency situation took care of everything with utmost courtesy and compassion and all Pain Free. Very professional and friendly. Exceptional work from my hygienist. Was very vigilant with how I was doing throughout my deep cleaning.

After moving to San Diego and needing to find a new dentist, I could not have gotten luckier to find Dr. Fong. Her attention to detail, knowledge, and genuine care was apparent from the get-go, and I could not recommend her more highly for any dental needs.

The office is modern and equipped with dental technology I didn't even know existed, and the entire staff were super friendly and eager to help.

I hate the dentist, but eastlake modern dentistry has changed my outlook of the dentist. I had some fillings I needed done, all done extremely well. I was most nervous due to a horrible experiences with dentists in the past. But they eased my nerves. Explained everything they were gonna do. No pain, no infection. They are really awesome and care for your care. Best decision yet. Look forward to continuing care here.

I always have a good experience at this dentist office. Dr. Carpio and the staff are always very friendly. Shiana was super nice and made me feel very comfortable.

I brought my two children for their initial appointment with Dr. Carpio. Front desk was super nice smooth check in. Office was super clean. My kids we're happy with Dr. Carpio.

The doctor wouldn’t clean my teeth unless he could upsell me about $600 for a deep cleaning. This means that people who are poor and came in with the idea of getting a free cleaning, per Kaiser, don’t get their teeth cleaned. Sorry, but I think that’s unethical.

I visited this clinic in 2022 for a chipped molar in which they proceeded to convince me I needed a root canal and crown. They took my $3k for it and refused to do a general cleaning stating I had gum disease, that I needed a deep cleaning $1,500. My gums have bled all my life. I went to another Dentist and had it done for $150. I do not recommend them. The tooth they worked on is still troublesome and loose. Very disappointed.

Amazing staff! Been going here for 3 years and my dentist, Dr. Carpio is always conservative with my treatments and my extensive procedures have been flawless. The hygienist, Valeria is also just divine and leaves my teeth Diamond sparkling clean! Thank you Eastlake Modern Dental! I’m grateful for you all!
