I have booked a few rides with Easy Day Rides for my girl friend who has to go to Marysville cancer center everyday, each time we were picked up on time by very friendly drivers. I give Easy Day Rides 5 stars.
3 times now they have forgotten to pick my grandmother up. Two of the times was to take her to appointments. One of the times they forgot to pick her up from the cancer center after her treatment. Terrible service no one should have to miss their appointments or be stranded because someone doesn’t want to do their job!
Twice in two weeks nobody has came to pick me up for Doctors appointments.
I got the confirmation texts, both times.
Ever since California Health & Wellness changed transportation providers, to ‘Easy Day Rides’, this has been happening with a few other seniors I know as well.
One would consider that working for as big an entity as California Health & Wellness is a contract worth attending to with great care…?
I am so, well, angry with them right now!
Never underestimate the power of a bunch of disabled senior citizens.
Unsafe drivers, a working vehicle with indication lights pulled out in front with plenty of time and space the driver flew up on the truck laid on their horn. The driver then pulled up next to worker and screamed at them and flipped them off. Extremely unprofessional and unsafe for us and the workers.
