I have been living here almost one year. The manager Tony is really nice and helpful. He is very patient especially I can’t follow him because of my bad English. I love living in this apartment community because of the beautiful flowers that bloom in every season. It's so refreshing to walk around and see all the different colors and types of flowers that are carefully maintained by the staff. The washer and dryer are always clean. There is an APP which you can use to report the problems. Every time the problem gets resolved quickly. The apartment is next to bay trail, it is easy to go for running and walking. And the neighborhood is quite.

The staff of foster city it’s amazing specially Julito and Tony, Ruben it’s also great, Julito makes us feel in home always, since we arrive to the community he’s always helpful with all our needs, Tony it’s really kind and helpful also, and then it’s Ruben! He’s new in the staff but amazing also! He help us moving making everything easier for us! We are super happy with this team it’s really amazing that technician Mayra comes back! The gym looks amazing and clean, hope she never goes again

We had been looking for a place to move and were surprised to see listing in Foster City within our price range. We drove by the Eaves to get an idea of what it looked like. We thought is was in a great location and looked to be well maintained. We worked with leasing supervisor, Tony, to do a walk thru of the available units. We decided that very day that we wanted to live at the Eaves. Tony was so helpful in getting us through the paperwork process and helping us understand the lay of the land at the Eaves. Shout out to Tony for making the process painless. We have now been living at the Eaves for a little over one month. The Eaves has exceeded our expectations. Here are just a very of the things we like. The grounds are well maintained, neighbors are quite and respectful, no issues with parking. Everyone gets one assigned parking, but there is enough common area parking that we have never had an issue parking our 2nd car. The maintenance team is very responsive and professional. Also an abundance of communication for the Eaves management. They make every effort to keep people informed. We also enjoy the location. Nice area for walking and we enjoy the convince a near by grocery store.

Happy living here about one year, nice and great service from the staffs / team managing this community.
