Eaves Mountain View at Middlefield

Hector M and Hector A are great! We found on move in that the refrigerator was not working properly. They took a look, and replaced it in less than a day. Appreciate their promptness and thoroughness.

We met Mae at the leasing office for enquiring about the Studio and 1 bedroom apartment. She was really friendly and and helped us through answering all the questions that we had about the apts, leasing terms and facility. Overall, a great touring experience and will definitely consider this place as one of the options for my future stay.

Mae was really friendly and engaging in helping me and answering all the questions I have about the tour, apts, and facility. She also gave me valuable advice and tips about the Bay Area and where to look out for in renting a place. Highly recommend Mae for her engagement, helpfulness, and dedication to looking out the best for the prospective tenants! Location is close by to Castro St and easy to get to from Caltrain and where I am staying at corporate housing. Overall, a great touring experience and will definitely consider this place as one of the options for my future stay.

Only positive experience. I believe it is the best housing community in MV. Pros: Greate value/price ratio, huge pool, huge hottub, gym, other equipments, tennis/basketball courts (you can use tennis courts as a resident), very helpful and cheerful maintenance team (will miss those guys), location close to caltrain, trees and overal gardening, embedded heaters.
Cons: Only one - office managers are changing too often. You do not have enough time to get close friends with them:)

I have lived in eaves middlefield for 1.5 years, Mr. Dante Franco and Mr. Hector Morales are always friendly, fast, and professional on all of my maintenance requests. Huge thanks for both of them!

Hector M is the absolute best! I recently moved in and found there were a number of issues in our apartment ranging from sensitive fire alarms to broken locks to poor water pressure and he fixed them all! Jose is also a great addition to the team and brings a lot of positive energy:)

I want to thank Mae! She is the best ever, all her advices are so helpful, she is true professional and very nice person. When moving to some new area that's such a luck to have such a person that assists you with whatever you need or don't know. Thank you!?

We've had issues with our microwave we tried to fix ourselves but ended up not working. We soon submitted a work order and Hector M.was able to come quickly to see the problem and take pictures. Later Hector A.and Larry came to fix our microwave, and it took them no time at all! The maintenance team is always hardworking and I appreciate their help. Big shoutout to these 3!

Hector in maintenance did a fantastic job today in my apartment. And very promptly after I reported the issue.

Have been living in eaves for the past 3 years, very friendly management and an amazing maintenance team. Hector. M fixed the draining issue in our bathroom promptly today and even gave us solutions to fix the problem.

I’m always pleased with the team at Eaves! Ashley at the front desk and Hector with maintenance are my life savers! The team is always so friendly and helpful. Eaves really strives to make their residence at feel at ease and at home:) Big shout out to Ashley and Hector from me!

Lovely complex. Great location. The staff and maintenance team are amazing. They are so friendly and caring. The maintenance team do excellent work and take care of any problem right away. The complex is well maintained. Beautiful trees and landscaping.
