Pros: 5 stars for Jose and Maria on the maintenance team, they are always so nice and helpful. They do a great job - thank you for your great service.

Cons: 0 stars for customer service over the phone. They changed the phone system so you never get a human being on the phone, ever, even if you press 0. The only way you can talk to a human is if THEY call you back when it's convenient for them, not you.

I don't ever leave reviews but this one is for Norberto - I want to thank him for taking the time to replace our dishwasher, especially since he had to bring it up the flight of stairs all by himself. Gracias, Norberto! You are appreciated!

This place will scam you upon moving out. No matter how much you clean the apartment or how good of a state the carpet is in they will charge you an exorbitant fee to replace it even after confirming on multiple occasions that it won't need to be changed. They also knowingly rent out pattios that are termite and wood rotted to the point of being unsafe to use.

They make it IMPOSSIBLE TO MOVE OUT, they’re scammers! The building is run down termites are eating the building DO NOT move here! The leasing office agents are good at ruining your life due to their incompetence. No direct phone number to talk to anyone, I’ve never had such a hard time moving in my 10 years of leases! Also, Ants and spiders everywhere! My apartment before this, I got 100% of my security deposit to put into perspective the kind of tenant I am. This apartment is a financial TRAP. BEWARE!

DON’T STAY HERE. We stayed here for 2 years and we’d constantly run into police raiding apartments nearby us. There’s no gate to get in so we’d run into homeless people from time to time. Walls in the apartments are paper thin you could hear people talking and closing doors it felt like there was no sense of privacy. Not to mention ROACHES that we spotted on the cement and at pool sites. Pools could use extra care I’ve called and complained multiple times due to the filter not running and making water GREEN! The gym was closed for a whole year all together through your 2 year stay. Rent is too expensive for all of these inconveniences not to mention the apartments are old and not really renovated. Not to mention when you move out they will charge you for an entirely new carpet which is over 1k! We never wore shoes in our home or owned any pets and literally only had a few stains in the dining area and instead of them attempting to remove the stains they instead went straight to peeled off the carpet FIRST and REPLACED the whole units carpet and sent us the bill. We have gone back and forth with management and have gotten no where. A carpets lifespan is 5 years they should have not replaced it at all they just needed to charge us for cleaning the very few stains which couldn’t have costed more than $180. These people are out to get tenants when they leave DONT STAY HERE THEY WILL RUN YOU DRY.

First of all the staff here are amazing. I run into Jose and Maria alot when i request a repair or any problem within our apartment.
As for things out of there control is the crime I've been here over 5yrs and the break-ins and vandalism is still the same. Garage broken into twice and vehicles four times.

We love it here!

First, Jetzabel was our main person of contact during the entire process and I couldn't have asked for anyone better. She was professional, extremely patient and kind. This is our first apartment and having her by our side to help was a blessing.

Second, the community and amenities are the best. The neighbors are kind and respectful. It's very quiet and peaceful at night. Beautiful gym and nice pools. Plenty of parking and big garages.

Third, the apartments are beautiful. We looked at 10+ apartments complexes in surrounding areas but this is the only one I walked into and felt cozy. The renovations are top notch as well as the new appliances that come with our unit.

Management and maintenance are a call/message away and I know they will always follow through when I need them.

I haven't lived here too long, but it seems like a very nice place. The staff is very professional and helpful. Andrea was very nice in our application process and helping us get all of our details in the process of moving in. The apartment itself is a nice place with a pretty cool and friendly community.

Yesterday I left my apartment to walk my daughter's dog Marley, because she's out of town for 5 days. I call him my grandson so I am not obligated, lol. I collared him, grabbed the keys from the key rack as usual, the only thing is that I grabbed hers not knowing that she'd taken the house keys off. Off we go for his morning "do", get back to the apartment and I was locked out.grrr! He didn't have any ideas and mine would have gotten me killed or mamed since I'm no Spiderman. Well, I found some Super Heroes when I went to the Management office, Raquel, Jezebel, Jose, the Woman that keeps the bbq grills clean, (I don't know her name, but she is nice) and everyone else that had to get me and Marley in the apt.out of the heat went into action. I had cold water as I waited, the team had us in out of the heat in 30 minutes!

I absolutely hate living here. The rent they tell you when you first move in, is not what you will be paying each month. They also wont tell you how to prevent this when you first move in. The leasing office personnel are NOT on your side.

I was having so many issues since this is my first time renting an apt and it requires you to do a lot paperwork (kinda confusing and complicated) but Vanessa and Andrea at the office really helped me a lot. They’re friendly and will help you out. Overall, good experience! ^^

My friend referred me to this place I saw pictures and I really liked the way the apartments looked.
I was trying to figure out how to apply for a apartment and I got a hold of Jetzabel and she was very friendly and knowledgeable.
I’m still waiting on my roommate but I definitely will make eaves Philips ranch my home. Thank you Jetzabel for your assistance.

Haley is the best part about living in this community. She is the only staff that is truly pet friendly, she always says hello to residents and makes it feel like a community. Haley is such a great team member and makes it a great place to live.

We have been living here for almost two years and the maintenance group has always been wonderful. Can’t tell how good it feels knowing that when something breaks or stops working someone will come and fix it in a timely manner. I had Maria and Jose work on things around the apartment today. They did a great job and in a timely manner. I also wanted to include Norberto, for fixing our dishwasher last week. Keep up the great job!
