We (family) have wonderful moments here. It's been a good experience so far in eaves.

Great location close to schools, parks, hospitals, transportation and lot of parking space. As mostly families stays here which is good for kids to play with their friends. 

Friendly staff, pleasure to approach, prompt at responding and maintenance is very and above everything above all very patient, thank you for manager Amanda for patience in answering all questions and quick turn around!

I like the location of the apartment, stayed here for 3+ years, and then stayed at multiple locations in Different apartments, but again came back here after 5 years.

I would like to give 5 rating rating the amenities are old and we are seeing wear, tear in some places like the laminations on the counter top, on the floors, and strain on the microwave, ovens, etc, but still I like the apartment, location, especially the service from the maintenance guys. Yesterday we raised tickets for washing machine which wasn’t working and for some plumbing work, John came today and fixed it. He is knowledgeable, highly professional, Fixed it quickly and verified its working properly, I appreciate his help and commitment to his job. Though I gave 4 stars for the apartment, I give 5 stars to John.

Went to pick up my package from the front office with 5 minutes left before they closed, but it was the 'I've already locked everything up and i'm not going to open it again; come back monday' excuse. I thought she was joking, I had to ask again, and she still wouldn't work the the last 5 minutes that they were open. So have to wait 2 days to get my package because the front desk couldn't take 5 minutes to open a room 5 feet away from her.

Water is still leaking from behind the wall. Attached picture.
Carpet patch frame is still hard and is heating when stepped on it.exhaust is still more noisy

Overall living experience is great. The management team is top tier. They always addresses your need and concern in a very timely manner. Would recommend this apartment to be your home.

Apartment is located in good place easy for groceries, hospitals, malls and BART. Very friendly staff. Always make sure tennants comfortability. Great to livein place.

Move in experience is not as expected. May be need to update appliances which are OLD.

I visited multiple communities near by and around eaves. The positive about this community over others I noticed was friendly and approachable staff

Eaves Pleasanton service is great. As promised they have completed all my 3 service requests on schedule. They took faster than I anticipated - 15 min even for as heavy item as replacing the glass door for the closet.

Have been living in this community for the past 2 years. Very well maintained community, friendly office staff particularly Michelle and excellent response to service requests make living in this community a wonderful experience.

We enjoyed living here for last 2 years. Lot of parking space, prompt responses on maintenance requests, friendly office staffs, easily accessible to shops and schools, good gym facilities. Few improvement areas cleanliness on common areas and pools. Overall we will recommend others to consider to live here.

The place is full of rats, haven't taken the care of it. They took 135$ from my deposit, plus 120$ for carpet cleaning + added lot of cost on unnecessary cracks from previous tenant. Forget deposit if you want to rent a place here. They haven't fixed the cracks from where the rats come in. The guy at the reception is quite rude with customers, this is unacceptable from Avalon property management.

Not happy with old fitting appliances (Dish washer, washer dryer & Microwave). Carpet in bad condition too.

I have been staying here for one year plus, till some days back every this was all right, now suddenly we have rats coming into our apartment from all corners, I have done so many follow ups but little respite from mgmt and today it reached the limit.rats ate part of our quilt, the holes which were filled by the staff is not effective as rats easily remove the material and come again. I am really feeling high risk for me and my family

Great place to live! Everyone at the office and maintenance are very nice and they respond to maintenance requests right away.

Great place to rent staff are friendly and helpful neighbors are considerate and pleasant to be around

I just submitted a service request before I go to bed.and I received a call on the next morning.then the service was done before lunch.is there anything else I need to write to explain? Simply great.thanks eaves.

I'd like the apartment and management staff. The leasing process was very quick and got the apartment with in a day. I highly recommend Eaves Pleasanton.

Christie the property Manager, and Shirley in the leasing office are amazing! They never hesitate to go above and beyond for the residents.when i request maintenance it is always complete within just a couple of days if not the same day. They coordinate with me constantly when it comes to maintenance as i have a dog. They both make living her so enjoyable. Thank you, Ladies!

Its been a good experience so far in eaves. The leasing process is excellent. I could settle everything online which was great. The consultants are helpful. The room quality is not as per the price I feel. But overall nice.
