Echo Hills Golf Course, Valley-Wide Recreation and Park District reviews
14Excellent course for kids to learn this wonderful sport. I’ve been coming here for years and it’s only getting better. It is unfortunate that the 2 older members of the staff don’t realize that there job is so chill and fun and can’t figure out that people just want to play golf and not deal with there BS. If you can’t be happy to serve the golf community as they deserve to be treated you probably shouldn’t be working there. Go pursue your passion because golf ain’t it. It sucks having to deal with you when your there because you both get pleasure from being impolite and feel like you have the authority to be RUDE. I don’t think this is the way Valley Wide wants our community to feel. I could be wrong but I doubt it.greens are in great shape, fair prices and an easy walk. Morning 9 for learning a strong iron game.
Budget friendly.nice 9-hole course.only 1 par3 then rest are par 4s.great for practicing irons and short game.
Played St Paddy's day tournament. Had a great time! Only played with 3 clubs!
Nice short 9 hole course. Staff is always friendly. Men's club play on Tues am (during winter I think)
Don't need a driver, we'll maybe? Great Work on your short game here. We can all use help there! Wish the greens were more challenging. Wet in am makes it more difficult IMHO.
I rate this course about three and a half Stars. Greens and tee off need to be kept a little better. I believe it's one par 3 and the rest par 4's total of 9 holes.
Staff is just horrible the 2 older gentlemen that work this place are just rude as all can be never will they allow u to just play golf even wen ur faster than everybody els they refuse to let u play golf alone they make u pare up with people that forces u to be ther longer than u want to be and wen u have a problem with anything they just tel u well u dnt have to golf here forcing u to golf down the street if I could give this place zero stars I would please get se new staff in ther
9 hole course. Pretty straight forward play. A couple of holes are good playing. Drivers and lower irons can be swung on most holes, except #2, its a par 3. Sr. Rates, twilight play, $.
Horrible! Driving by 2 weeks ago on my way home and a golf ball comes flying at my truck and breaks my windsheild in my brand new 2021 toyota tacoma. I stopped and pulled over at the office the kid working went down to the holes by the road and no one addmitted to it, the kid working there just shrugged his shoulders and said pretty much "we can't help you ". Now im down $650 for a new windshield in my truck. This golf course should pay for it and install nets around their fence.
Nice, quick, 9 hole course. Greens are decent, but narrow. There are only 2 slight dog legs. All greens are Par 4s, with 1 Par 3.
We had a great time playing there last weekend. It was my first time at Echo Hills and I thought it was not only beautiful with the lakes, ducks and trees but I enjoyed the layout of the course! I will be playing there again soon!
Oh my gosh! The veggie sandwich is what dreams are made from! My sister and I split one, (shouldn't of done that) and we were left speechless! Echo Hills is in Valley Center, a beautiful drive, great service and a outstanding sandwich.
Tee times are accepted, carts are clean, and the course is in great shape. Had a great time with my son. Had not played for too long, but had such a good time, will be golfing again. Fun to challenge yourself.
Great price. Cheaper if you replay the 9 holes. 31 bucks for 2 of us and a cart. Not bad. Fairways are good. Greens beat my butt. But thats on me.
Light 9 holes with not much hazards, very casual friendly crowd, must call ahead and make reservations though
Awesome (muni, nine hole) course. In really, really good shape (now) during the Great Pandemic of 2020.
