Eco Clean Carpet and Tile Care

I had this company come and clean my carpets. Four bedroom, hallway, and the living room. Marcus and Robert came in and did a good job at my carpets. It looks 80% better than before. By the way, this is a 13-year-old carpet. I will definitely hire this company again.

Trayvell came over once again to clean or Carpet and did an excellent job! A week earlier, he cleaned the custom Grout & Tile in our home so well, that we requested him back for the carpet. BTW. We have approx 1500-1600 square feet of Grout that looks new again.

This is the BEST carpet cleaner company by far! Our tech guy Eddie was on time, profesional, and did a high quality service on our 2 story house (7 rooms including stairs) for a very affordable price. So happy with the result!

I'm a regular customer and I'm very pleased with the service Eco Clean provides. Scheduling the appointment was very simple. Eco Clean gives you a two hour window. Often times there are cancelations so if you would like an earlier time frame just indicate it when scheduling. Eco Clean will notify you of earlier time frames. My most recent. Cleaning was April 11,2023. My technician was Trayvell. He cleaned my carpets before and is very consistent. He notified me that he was a few minutes away. Once he arrived, he explained what to expect and gave me a time-frame of when he would be done. After 20-25 minutes Trayvell was done. He explained the drying process and asked if I had any questions. I did not. I thanked him and was extremely happy with how my carpet looked, amazing. I give Eco Clean Carpet and Tile two thumbs up.

So, I was under the impression that at most I would be paying would be $179. Tile is not that much harder to clean. It was mostly downstairs. I have stairs and it was $3 a stair? ! When the promotion was $179 for a two story (it literally says it in the email you just sent me and it says stairs and closets included) which is what I mentioned, and I didn’t have the top floor cleaned. The tile scrubber is a device that does most of the work. I watched the guy clean the carpet with more effort. And I got charged $400? ! My house in total is 1850sqft, and the promotion is for up to 2400sqft. The guy was nice and respectful. However, I included everything in the order request that I have stairs and tile. And no, I will not be recommending this cleaning service to the MANY people I know in this neighborhood.

Robert was on time and very professional. He completed our cleaning very quickly and wiped excess water around the rugs. Easy to schedule!

I had my tile and grout cleaned by Trayvell. I had him come out at first using Groupon and he did an amazing job, the tile looks new and so much lighter. I had him come back to do the rest of the tile downstairs. I will continue to use this company, everything was very professional.

I used Eco Clean for the first time for several rooms in my eldery care facility. I had several stains on some of the carpets and Robert was able to remove them. He was very professional, friendly, efficient and quick! I have 4 elderly resident's that live here and he was able to work around them with no problem. I would definitely use this company again. I would also request Robert again next time!

Trayvell was courteous and a very professional carpet specialist. He paid attention to detail, was thorough, and made a 10 year old carpet look brand new.

We needed our sectional cleaned after my toddler puked all over it. Eco Clean was responsive to my questions and scheduling preferences. They left my couch looking cleaning and smelling new again. I will likely use them again in the future.

Robert did an amazing job. Arrived on time. Walked me through the process and went to work. We hardly notice he was here. We used Eco clean multiple times now and always get good service but Robert definitely crushed it out of the park.

Eco Clean previously came out and steam cleaned my grout and tile and did an excellent job. Today, Trayvell came back out and cleaned our carpet- again great job! He was even able to get out some stubborn stains we were worried about. Will continue to book Eco for all of our floor cleaning needs and request Trayvell in the future!

We had our carpets cleaned (three bedrooms) and service was excellent! Big shout out to Trayvell, he was very clear and knowledgeable of the process and what would be the best option for our carpets. Well, experienced for sure! We will be using Eco Clean Carpet again in the next six months for regular service.
