Joey was great! He arrived on time, and he was very friendly and professional. He didn't waste any time getting started on the chimney, even though it was a little chilly outside. He also did a great job cleaning up after himself. I would definitely recommend Eco Grizzly to anyone who needs chimney cleaning or inspections done!

They changed my appointment date multiple times and finally the technician came for about 5min, inspected my fireplace, charged me $149, agreed to come back over the weekend to make the repairs and never came back. I attempted to contact him and the office and nobody responded. Basically they took my $149 and didnt fixed anything.

The guys came in to take a look at a Chimney Cap that was blown off during the recent storm. They were on time and efficient throughout the whole project.

He did a chimney inspection and cleaning for me, and he was very thorough. He also explained what he was doing and why. I highly recommend Eco Grizzly for your chimney needs!

These guys tried to sell me $1000 worth of mold testing. Jsyk, neither the CDC or EPA recommends mold testing. He told me all the big myths, invisible, deadly, can't smell it etc. Tried to scare me with how it would spread and infect the dry parts of the house? Don't trust them. Lots of mold is not great for you but usually you need to have asthma or an allergy to even get symptoms, and it's a simple matter of cleaning it up and stopping the leak. You can clean mold yourself. You don't need a test or consultant. Please search online from reputable sources for more info, if someone told you otherwise.
