Gazelle: Very dishonest bunch of crooks here. They lie and steal, don't answer the phone, and don't respond to emails.

The Kiosk at the Walmart in Manteca took my ipod and then suddenly "malfunctioned" locking it inside. I called customer service and emailed numerous times only to get nowhere. I'm going to small claims sue them out of spite

Machine took my id, never gave it back, called support and no one answers, been calling for a week now and also email them a few times and still got no answer yet.

This is the front for the scam that is Gazelle. They damaged my product themselves to try and get me to take a low ball offer, which I won't.

These people are crooks. They will offer you a lot of money for your phone and then send you an email offering practically nothing for it once it's in their hands. Don't waste your time. It's a scam.

I was invited to interview for a Product Management role with ecoATM. The hiring manager scheduled a face to face interview, then cancelled at the last minute stating something came up and he needed to reschedule. We rescheduled for the following week and he did it AGAIN! We rescheduled for the following week but the day before our interview, I was informed they'd decided not to interview me after all. This went well beyond merely unprofessional, it was bizarre and inexcusable. No wonder this company is nearly out of business.

This place is awesome.they take just about any cell phone, tablet, or MP3 player and give cash!
