9I had to contact the finance department every month because my bill wasn't sent to me the first couple of months or they got the amount due incorrect.now after 8 months I think it is okay.
Ecola employees are always respectful, truthful and professional. They always do a great job.
From the initial inspection, through the treatment of my parent's home, Ecola did a great job! No pushy sales and very friendly professional people. My parents are well into their 90s and tenting was not an option. Ecola was able to locally treat the termites. They used a combination of heat and chemical treatments. They showed up on time and were done in about 6 hours. No bagging food, no hotel stays, no roof damage, it's a fantastic option! A two year structure warranty against termites provides is included. Overall I am very pleased with my experience and recommend them for termite treatment.
When Michael came to my home he was prompt, thoroughly answered my questions, professional and I have not had one ant in my home this season! Can't comment on value as I did not price check.
