Excellent customer service & installation all around. The team was prompt in responding to my requests and advising on the right turf to meet our needs. We have several dogs and they were able to provide a solution that looked like genuine grass and could survive dogs wrestling around in it.

Nick and his team were A+. They did our exterior lighting and fountains and the work was superb and their customer communication and care awesome, that is very rare indeed.

Our family is extremely happy with our new backyard! From the planning process to the actual work, it was a smooth process. All the guys were timely, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend EcoLawn in the future!

I cannot say enough incredible things about Ecolawn! My backyard was in dire need of an overhaul, and I started my process online with Yardzen who helped with the initial design. But the magic really started to happen once it was turned over to Ecolawn and my designer, Jerry Galanti, and his team. They turned good initial design ideas into exceptional ideas that fit my space, preferences, and budget. My backyard was a disaster - overridden with weeds and a gopher that wreaked havoc on the fake grass. Through conversations with Jerry to ascertain what I liked, he sourced products that were perfect for what I wanted with my backyard. He came up with creative ideas to repurpose stones and refinish existing surfaces to reduce expense and enhance the space. The team was incredibly flexible - I changed my mind about several aspects and they flexed with ease to accommodated each of my requests. The costs were always outlined in advance. Once designs and budgets were finalized, work was promptly started, and it was so nice to get a video of work that had been completed at the end of each day. The estimated timeline was spot-on from what was promised. I was amazed at the end result and so happy with what Jerry and Ecolawn did to make my backyard an enjoyable space to enjoy SoCal weather. Even after the work was completed, Jerry checked in frequently to see how everything was going, and even replaced plants that did not fare so well after the initial install. 10/10, A+ experience with Ecolawn!

Jerry and his team work like a well oiled machine they are so impressive.the process was seamless.we would describe them as creative, friendly, professional, very hard working, and prompt.it was so admirable to see how organized jerry ran the job.we still cant believe how fast the job went.full landscape artificial lawn even re poured our driveway walkways and lighting.i could go on, needless to say we LOVE them.thanks again eco lawn, and LC jerry

The designer. Jerry Galanti.was most creative and accomodating. He listened to our vision and helped with wonderful ideas. He was never pushy.always mindful of cost and accessibility. He ALWAYS was in constant communication by email for every detail throughout the process.even after the job was completed.he helped with additional thoughts we had.
The actual construction was done exactly on time and as neatly and perfectly as possible … The workers were very thorough and everything was spotlessly done.protecting all existing
areas.and were accomodating with last minute thoughts.
Again.the communication between us and the designer and the construction people was instantaneous and friendly.
Everyone was professional, friendly and hard workers!

Overall, we were happy with the service from EcoLawn, and we are truly enjoying our new outdoor space. But there are some caveats that others may want to heed.

1) the designer (Nick) was excellent at seeking to understand our objectives and incorporate them into the plans. He is also very knowledgeable and willing to share ideas. We had some high level concepts, and he went through multiple on-site meetings to discuss options and guide us through decisions.
2) I appreciate the professionalism of the management. They have good project management systems and processes to ensure fairness and transparency, with some exceptions. And they are focused on making sure we as their customer are satisfied.
3) the field crews needed some oversight, but they were receptive to my input. On multiple occasions, they left loose trash (bottles, cans, construction debris) in our yard and our neighbor's yard over night. And they left some sharp tools (utility knives & razor blades) laying around after end of shift within easy reach of my small kids. As I would bring these matters to management's attention, they were addressed. But they should not have happened in the first place.
4) I had to do some of my own quality control, such as ensuring grades were achieved for proper subgrade preparation & drainage and that materials were installed correctly. As I would identify items to the crew leader, they were generally addressed without much resistance.
5) some substitutions/additions on plant varieties were implemented without informing us in advance. These were generally minor in nature, but this may be more important to other customers.

In summary, we are satisfied with the work performed and the finished product. But it took some extra attention and work on our part to ensure we got what we expected.

After obtaining landscaping designs from an outside vendor, we were happy to meet the members of Ecolawn during the bid process. We were impressed with their knowledge and attention to the design and felt very good about hiring them. The project (named Batu Blue on their website) entailed a complete makeover of the front, back and side yards. They worked with our pool contractor as the pool was upgraded and made suggestions for improvements to the original landscape design as the work unfolded. Communication was excellent, and we are absolutely in love with the final product. We highly recommend Ecolawn!
