Econo Lodge, Vallejo CA

NO REFUNDS. Flour in bathroom 307 is falling apart, sink overflowed, prostites, front half of parking lot of blocked due to theft, smells just as bad. Do not save ur money spend a little more to be safe. Needed a refund the second night do to having more kids with us the second night. The manager never looks u in the eye for one. First, they say no refund because we booked on a bookings site. Contact booking site, they say it's up to the hotel and they have to wait for a response. I had booking and the manager on the phone. Slammed my phone as he looked the other direction to give my phone at the same time saying no refund. The disrespect these boys have for women is disgusting. All due respect for other cultures, but if you are not in that land and expect other women to follow suit, you just had a rude awakening from this woman. Fire sprinkler was leaking and the lock on the door was broken. A lot of cameras for how run down this place is.

Was OK but management has been placing me in the worst rooms even though i clean up before leaving. This even after telling me to make reservations and I do, he still states that he only has the one room type with something broken or next to noisy rooms. Today the shower head was broken and spraying water in multiple directions, and the fan also didn't work with the cover plate hanging down. The TV only gets 5 channels, including the channel guide, next to someone next door playing music loudly to the late hours. I've tried being a gentleman by speaking directly to them but here we are, so I will continue to post like this until it changes.

We arrived and the agent claimed he hadn't received payment for room Then we checked in finally and we sat around to lax a bit, We are Truck Drivers, so we didn't think of checking the room I thought the hotel manager would do a room inspection before selling to customers. Well this one Doesn't. The bathroom was filthy dirty. The tub has a dark ring, there's a hair tie still in the shower, and the wash cloth she used still hanging on shower. How did house keeper missed this oversight. But changed the two beds. Then he wouldn't change the room or give a refund. Do Not Stay HERE. Go Somewhere Else Please, We paid an $99 to stay in a dump.
This place should not Be on Anyone site for Promoting. I WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN

There are no towels, there are flies, there is a bad smell, the water flows slowly, the room reservation system has problems.

Generally not very clean outside and inside was not as bad. Freeway noise was constant 24/7. Also a few incidents in the room were noisy too

The place is a dump if you like standing somewhere, w people are coming out of their room arguing and all the time, this is the place for you. The rooms are not clean phone in the room don't work graffiti on the bed head bord towel are not clean

Room was dirty! It had a ball of hair under ac. After complaining, staff and the to sweep the floor and it had so much dirt. Room had 1 towel for 3 people. I had requested more and front staff said they will take them to my room. Night time came and I called and front staff wanted to charge me an extra person and was yelling at me. Didn’t gave me towels. Bedding sheets were old, dirty and with holes. Restroom door didn’t lock. Restroom was dirty with a lot of hair. Something bit us while we were sleeping.

Nice clean rooms. The service is quick. There are only few small issues which needs to be fixed like the geyser not working etc. The location is superb.

Room has blood on the walls, graffiti on walls, burn Mark's all over the floors, very very dirty. Parking lot had homless people doing drugs in the open. Heroin balloons all over the walk ways which smelled of urine and cigarettes. Do NOT GO HERE NOT SAFE. We immediately left after seeing the rooms health issues and the managment refused to give our money back. We took pictures of everything and will me taking more action on this.

Great location beautiful surroundings atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful staff ever.lovely and great first impression of hotel everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish rooms with excellent service. I'm very pleased with my stay I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I was my first time to stay outside the country with my family. It was a great experience to stay in the hotel. The service was too good.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel, I traveled alone and my room was perfect for just me. I had all accommodations & was comfortable, The weather in Vallejo is perfect especially now so I really enjoyed my time there.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel Econo lodge. It has a very good aesthetic view with a great security and safety. Coming to the rooms and food facilities, the hotel provides a plenty of food facilities and the hygiene is maintained in the rooms and all over the hotel. The food quality is also very good. I would love to visit the hotel once again with my friends and family.

They had roaches, the tub had a huge crack on it I couldn't take a shower and the floors were filthy also there was an annoying amount of undesirables in the parking lot all night I couldn't sleep

It's may first time staying at a hotel in other country. Its a better experience than I thought. The rooms and the site from the room when viewed is very beautiful and the service is very fast and the staffs are friendly and kind. Although I didn't expect much of safety and cleaniness but it was better than I thought. I bet you will not find any hotel nearby with such an amazing view at such affordable rate. So, if you are near the area and thinking of staying at hotel, check it out first.

Id give it 0 stars if I could because they don’t even deserve the 1. This hotel was worse the a jail cell. The rooms had filth everywhere. The sheets were stained and had nail polish all over them. Naked girls were smoking out the hotel door asking people in our group if they wanted to come in. The bathroom was so gross I feel like you’d get more dirty showering in there then you were before going in. We had it reserved for 2 nights and left early the second day. It’s more of a hotel for tweakers and drug addicts and the staff gave 0 care at all. When we told them about the problems they said they know it’s bad and refused to give us our money back for the second night.
