Great Customer service. Yellow Jackets were swarming in my doorway and I was stung three times. I called late Friday afternoon and they were able to be here at 8 a.m. On Saturday morning. He found the problem - treated it - and the bees are basically gone. He said it will take a couple of days before they're totally gone. Daniel at Economy is always very friendly and helpful. I appreciate the recheck on the attic traps within such a short period of time. His customer service goes above and beyond.

There phone customer service was misleading. They explained everything and were very accommodating. However the people they sent out to do a home inspection were not helpful. They did not do a full inspection and "assumed" the knew were the problem was. We payed $200 for 6 mouse traps. Not worth it. We had to inspect ourselves and found a huge hole under our kitchen counters. Very disappointed in the "inspection. "
