8Ive called both numbers multiple times no answers, says open at 10am but not open u guys have done this multiple times ATLEAST ANSWER THE PHONES.

Went there last monday out to lunch sign up at 3 in afternoon came back the next day at it was still there at 11 nobody was inside i did this for a week
I went in for a broken lock on a chain at noon the next day at noon 24 hours later. I called no answer left a message with still no call back! WOW I had no idea nor did the lady tell me it would take DAYS and she wants 35.00 I think that is too much. I hope to get a call back SOON.

The owner seemed very genuine. Went in to sell a gold ring and got a great deal! Keep in mind i went to other places to get pricing and they gave me the best pricing for it here.
