It's to hard to get a person to talk to at the EDD office they need to put real people back to work and stop this dumb computer programs

I received a letter saying that my PIN number has been changed and if I didn’t do it I need to call EDD immediately. I’ve been calling every day since I received the letter and no matter what buttons I push I can’t get thru. I can’t speak to anyone, can’t get anyone on the phone. None of the listed options helps me. It’s been 4 days and I don’t know what to do at this point to get help and for the life of me I don’t understand why they asked me to call them if they have no intentions of answering my call.

Terrible here’s some advice you have to call a third party to get a live person for the Edd you pay $20 to get connected yes $20 but you can use it like 10x in 2 days after you get connected the first time we’ll worth it use CLAIMRY

There is now No Office for EDD they only give you packets and paper work. No one to help at all!

Horrible rude people. I talk to some old dude who didn't know how to do his job i ask to speak to someone else who could help me he said hang up and'call back. So I did and the next person provided the info I knew was right. The old dude said his job is to take my money. This is the worst place to call. They must hire inexperienced people who can say and do anything who lack customer service skills. I wish I could give edd customer service ppl negative 50 stars even that wouldn't be enough!

I have been trying to since last November to get a person to speak with. I have filed a claim long ago and have not received a call. Every option you choose on the menu results it a disconnection. Did the UI Online dead and waited to receive a EDD number yet these people can't do anything. I received notices for procedures weeks after they need to done. Yet no one can answer.

DUE, To the virus, Things have change alot, Hard to set appointments for help, When I have lost my income and hanging on, By a prayer? BUT GOD WILL SHOW ME THE WAY?

It’s not an actual office. It’s apart of a workforce program where the “resource center” can handle only simple questions. They don’t have access to claims status and it’s very small office. And there is no sign outside indicating it’s has anything to do with EDD. Very frustrating and not helpful to those who really need assistance because calling EDD can be brutal.

Garbage office. Called twice at 1 in the afternoon, both times they picked up. Had me on the line about. 10 seconds, and then clicked. Not a word said.
