Eddie Bauer Outlet, San Clemente CA

Seems to always have new and different stuff when we go every 4 to 6 weeks or so. Like that I am able to return online purchases at this store as well. Friendly and helpful staff.

This store has reasonable quality products at affordable prices. It often has sales. The staff seem to be involved and motivated. I appreciate that some of the staff have been trained to give Asian style customer service. In particular, a couple of the male clerks carefully handed me my receipt with two hands and gave me my bag with the handles facing me. This is the kind of detailed customer service I would get in Japan. It makes me feel valued as a customer.

All my girlfriend wanted to ask was a question about the sign that is located outside of the store it read 50% off entire store. So my girlfriend asked the cashier in the front is the entire store 50% off and the cashier caught an attitude and said, No it doesn't it says up to 50% off. Don't go here and if management reads this. She needs some better customer service skills.

This store is good, it is the Eddie Bauer company itself that we have a problem with. The jacket has a low quality zipper; we contacted Eddie Bauer but they are not helping us. The zipper opens up from the bottom; does not latch well, as long as we had the jacket. Look around at other jackets before you buy an Eddie Bauer. Other brands stand behind their products better.

Wow, what can I say about the manager at this store. Her name is Kelesy.when the 800 customer service failed to help after an number of attempts she was able to solve all of the issues. Great job!

Helpful staff. Nice stuff. Prices aren't any better than a regular store. I don't know exactly what "Outlet" is supposed to mean since the process they charge are all full retail. But.whatever.
Just don't go there with the mind set that you'll get some super cheap price and some smoking deal. That's all!

One of the few retailers that obliterates Amazon on quality selection and price. Couldn't find winter gear for nearly the same quality or price anywhere other than EB

The have good sales. I always stop by here when i come to the outlets. A decent selection of clothes.

Not planning to buy anything, only went into the store so my husband could check out the sales. A few clearance items caught my eye. I was very frustrated that the dressing rooms were closed and you couldn’t even try on shoes! I was ready to walk out on principal alone, and then DENISE shared with me that she was just following the company policy and calmly gave me some ideas about how trying shoes on at home is actually much better.

She shared her own experiences with me. She also reminded me of the amazing return policy. She wasn’t affected at all by my negativity and her amazing kindness had a profound effect on me. I let go of my resistance and bought 2 pair and some clothes and now I’m home and I love them! I almost walked away and I’m so grateful for her patience and compassion.

I’ve got two new pairs of shoes that I absolutely love that I would have passed up on otherwise! Not to mention what a great deal I got on them! Two pairs of shoes, a pair of pants and three tops for $120! DENISE, thank you! You made my day! And I won’t be coming back to return anything, but I might stop in just to give you a hug! Darn, can’t do that either! But you are a gem!
