Edelweiss Restaurant 2, Auburn CA

I eat breakfast here about once a week. Since moving up here 2 years ago, I've tried all the different breakfast restaurants.

This one has by far the very best service. The people are just super nice. The chicken fried steak is the best in town.

The omelets, and the Benedicts, are really great. Just a great place to eat breakfast

Great restaurant. Food was hot and tasty. Omelettes are fabtabulous. Staff was fun and always Hustling. You won’t be disappointed. If you are, you belong at Dennys.

This place was great! The food was perfectly done. I had a Ruben Sandwich and fries and they both were perfectly crisp. Service was super friendly and fast. If you’re passing by Old Town Auburn stop by, you won’t be sorry! We will definitely be back.

Really good food here. I love how much care goes into delicious potatoes here. I got a turkey and mushroom omelet with hash browns and home fries. And the decaf is good too plus they have almond milk for it and gluten free toast. Really enjoyed my breakfast here today plus really wonderful staff to boot and a neat location. Thank you.

Love Old Town Auburn with the homey small shops and restaurants. Really great food. The menu is huge! Fast service and friendly staff.

What's my favorite place to go where almost "Everyone Knows My Name? " It's Edelweiss Restaurant 2.

From the first time my husband took me to breakfast, and Ashley cheerfully welcomed me with "you must be Ally, " right up to this mornings breakfast greeted by the ever smiling Jessica, we have always felt welcomed and appreciated. Be it breakfast, lunch, or one of their famously special Saint Patrick's Dinners, the food is always served hot off the grill, full of flavor and plentiful. With such a selections of items on the menu you will have to come back to try another delicious meal. Their cheeseburgers are the best in town!

And like the bar, the more you eat at Edelweiss 2 you learn to know the locals, and they you. Friendships are always best shared over a meal, or, is it a meal is best shared with friends?

For the last 20 years this has been by far our favorite go to breakfast restaurant in town! Always amazing food and awesome customer service!

This is a GREAT restaurant!:). The customer service was EXCELLENT and the food was DELICIOUS! They were so kind and accommodating to my 3 grandchildren and me.stroller and all.they smiled (genuinely), brought them kiddie water cups with straws, coloring paper and crayons. Truly so understanding and thoughtful ️ And, the Food was amazing.the strawberry stack is one of the best I've ever had. The kids loved the pancakes and french fries, kids!) The hamburger was really good, too. Can't wait to return and eat here again. Told family and friends, and they can't wait to eat here, too.

Nice place, nice people. Busy on the weekend. Great selection of vegetarian omelettes (seriously there are a lot of options), but could use some Impossible Sausage or other plant-based protein additions.

My family loved coming to your restaurant for breakfast. The staff was very nice and the food was fantastic. We're planning to come back again.

We struck GOLD! This was a perfect spot for my kiddo and I. The first time ever she cleaned her plate! I was especially impressed by the service. We felt right at home, everyone was greeted with absolute joy and smiles. This will be a new fav spot for us. Oh and no wait for an iced vanilla latte! Thank you!

Most delicious omelet i have ever eaten. 10/10. Atmosphere is incredibly comforting and the staff treat you like family. Would recommend and come here again.

So delicious. So warm. Like grandma food. The waitress are so nice and just go. It's a gem!

I love the California Omelet, grilled cauliflower is very good. 48 different omelettes available. Another great dish is Edelweiss Special Breakfast, pouched eggs with avocado sauce, ham or sausage on an English muffin. Yummy. Great staff, prompt friendly Terrific cook and family man.
Also Lina's Sandwich with sprouts, avocado, tomatoes and cream cheese.

We were served by Destiny, Ashley, and Jessica (I hope I'm remembering the names correctly!) and the experience was perfect. They were fast, knowledgeable about the menu, and just all around delightful. Every table in the restaurant was full but we never felt neglected. This was also at a time when they were short-staffed.
Having worked in food service I know how hard it is to find good servers. I hope the management reads this and considers their compensation appropriately.
Oh, and the omelets were delicious!

Wonderful Waitress and Everyone I met today. Awesome Breakfast. Dad was very happy.
