I've ordered from this location 3 times. All 3 times they were "undeliverable" and I had to go pick up the order. I just think that you should start your deliveries before noon. Will try another location next time.

Received a cheesecake, fruit and cookie platter as a gift. Beautiful arrangement. Treats were fresh and delicious.

Edible Arangements has top-tier management and the new ownership has brought this store to a new level.

I paid $70 for a tray and thought I was ordering a Fathers Day arrangement. It was not worth the price i paid for the product I recieved. I could have made this myself! Never again! The employee was not helpful or sympathetic when I expressed my dissapointment. I was not offered assistance to resolve in any way. I am extremely disappointed since this was my first time purchasing. I will be sure to never purchase again and will let everyone I know about the terrible experience in Modesto.

It was post Mother’s Day and my daughter told me that I would be receiving some flowers. Monday to be exact! I got really excited, but when the bouquet with the balloons finally came I got even more excited, that was until I opened up the plastic wrap around my bouquet. I was literally shocked! My rose was decayed along with many other wilted flowers and dry crunchy leaves. Im really surprised that a reputable florist would deliver an old bouquet to someone on such a special day. I’m so disappointed with this company because they ruined my Mother’s Day.

Extremely dissatisfied. I did an online order and never received a confirmation number, when I called to get more information a young lady picked up with the most horrible attitude when I asked if there would be some way she could help me with confirmation number She rudely interrupted me and asked to call back when I asked for her name kindly she HUNG UP on me. I later called and spoke with a gentleman named John he was more helpful though he confirmed my order and read it back to me I still RECEIVED WRONG ORDER. Nice and delicious arrangements but definitely not worth going back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Had a massage today and the lady saw I was in extreme pain so she gave me extra time and attention with hot rocks. So I went and got her an arrangement. The entire staff was amazed and had never seen one of these before and of course conversation starter with customers. Way better than flowers as they die to soon

Almost embarrassing… I walked in and asked for my order, he gave me 1 of 4 things ordered.first pic for reference; got the text saying that there was supposed to be more to go find out what happened; walked back in the man in charge said he didn’t have the flowers which was understandable ‍️ I get it, it definitely happens he ends up giving me 2 teddy bears and 4 balloons second pic and a refund for the flowers.it shouldn’t have been me acknowledging the fact that I was missing items from my order as a business you’re supposed to make sure you at least tell me thankfully my husband told me to go back and talk to someone or he would’ve just wasted money.maybe cause it’s Friday.maybe it’s cause you had Brain fog, but I wouldn’t recommend coming here, pay a small business and get above and beyond service

We come here few times a year for special occasions or anything really.

And ordered a birthday arrangement and everything was great! We asked for a certain color cup and they delivered it early and before the given time, which still worked! Had it delivered to recipients work address and was worried it wouldn't go to the right dept because it's a big parking lot of "depts. "

A surprise nonetheless and she loved it!

I would suggest coming here for anything you need and confirming everything maybe the morning of, when it's being assembled so no mistakes can happen!

Amazing service and delivery! Turned back around to complete the delivery after first attempt being unsuccessful and make my daughter’s birthday!

Received a free box of fruit for my birthday what I got was brown old fruit chocolate covered of course I guess because it was free they just didn't care.know not to order from this place in future if this is what there happy to send out!

They delayed my package plus I got my package in worst condition and also there is so many things missing in that

Ordered Mother days flowers and chocolate covered strawberries and received dead flowers and old melted strawberries. From Modesto Edible arrangements. Also they forgot the balloon

On the off chance that I could give zero stars I would. I submitted a request THREE days ahead of time and the location of the delivery was 10 minutes from them. When the day of delivery arrives, they call me at 4pm (when they are closing) to tell me that my arrangement is unable to be delivered, because they had too many to deliver that day and my delivery didn't make the cut. I'm beyond disappointed in the service and will not be using them again.

Saved the day! I called with a last minute order and the Store Manager, Shawn went above and beyond to help out! What a great feeling to have someone 'help out' and do it with such kindness. Thank you, Shawn for your amazing customer service! I'll definitely order again, tho next time with a few days advance warning!

The delivery driver bothered me about the exact location of the delivery. Also texted the person I was delivering the item to asking how to get to their apartment. It's a very easy apartment to find sh didnt want to look at the directory. Owner was very rude as well

On time when they said and the arrangement was beautiful. Best fruit ever. I recommend for family friends or loved one.
