Great staff and service! Needed a last minute Anniversary delivery and Valerie at the Temecula Edible Arrangements went out of her way to help me get something ordered and delivered to surprise my husband at his work. She was so helpful and friendly and even called once delivered to ensure that the mission was accomplished. Thank you Valerie and Team for making this happen!

Placed an order a tad later in the day but Alexia and Valerie went above and beyond to meet the same day delivery promise on my order.

John (I hope I got his name right) was amazing on the phone when I was ordering. Alexis and Valerie were great updating me and delivering the product perfectly. The arrangement was GREAT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE.

Absolutely pleased! The reviews made me nervous at first but they were great! I ordered last night and it was delivered by Valerie today who went above and beyond. I’m In Texas and unfortunately my mom wasn’t home at time of delivery and she was so kind to drop it off with her friend down the street! She made it a great birthday and I couldn’t be more grateful. The fruit basket and delivery was also very well done! So excited to start being able to order again in the future.

This place is great! Super clean, the workers are super nice. And most importantly the chocolate covered fruit was amazing! Definitely recommend. And shoutout to Valerie!

I haven't been to one in awhile, but I was quickly reminded by the wonderful customer service here. Valerie's the new manager, and she was friendly and sweet, offering me some delicious fruit while I waited. Believe it it not, they offer everything from fresh flowers to cakes for every occasion. Thank you!

I scheduled an arrangement for Thursday, June 1st. I was told they wouldn’t be delivered until the following day, Friday, since it’s in fallbrook. But my recipient said they didn’t receive it until the following week on Tuesday June 6th. The arrangements were great but I had a specific day for them to be delivered for a reason because one of the the recipients was still in town.

In May 2023, I ordered fruit, a balloon, and decorated cookies. The fruit arrangement was delivered but the other two items were not. After several phone calls and messages, I never received a response or the two items. It is never good for customer satisfaction when the customer pays for items and never receives what they paid for.

Let me preface my review by saying that i have worked at an edible arrangement franchise in the past and this location does not meet the standards set by the franchise. With this being said here is my experience.

I called on tuesday 6/20 at 2pm and asked the woman if i had time to place an order for same day deliver to hemet. She said yes so i placed my order. I was told that my order would be delivered by the end of day. The evening starts to roll by and no delivery was made.

The next day i called the location to see what happened and the guy who answered said the delivery driver tried calling the recipient multiple times and rang the doorbell. (Now mind you, the recipient has a ring doorbell and we checked the app. To our surprise, no one came by and the recipient didnt have any missed calls or voicemails). So i called back after doing my due diligence. The woman who answered said that they didnt deliver it because they tried calling me to in order to reschedule the delivery date to Wednesday 6/21 (again, no missed calls or voicemails). That would have been fine, we couldve rescheduled, but i expected a refund for paying extra for same day delivery. I was told that someone would be calling me back to process that refund. I never received a call.

After hours of waiting i finally get an email saying the arrangement was delivered but when I looked at the photo they sent with the receipt I realized half of the order was missing! Ive tried calling the store multiple times before they closed and no one answered. I really should have looked at the reviews before i placed an order with this location.

I have been sending my dad Edible Arrangements for years now, (we live two states away from each other), and he LOVES the chocolate covered strawberries!

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! After reading so many reviews about Edible Arrangements in Temecula that were bad, I admit I was a little hesitant to use their services. But I decided to take a chance anyway because their product images looked so amazing! Boy am I glad I did! My very 1st experience with them was a visit to the store to order beautiful edible treats to give as gifts of great gratitude to the Riverside Community Hospital Neurology Team that saved my life due to a brain aneurysm. I was greeted at the counter by a beautiful young woman, Alyssa W. She was not only extremely courteous & professional, she was very patient & kind with me & guided me to choosing just what I needed for my "Thank You" gifts. I chose 'pickup' for my order for three days later so I could bring the treats to the hospital staff myself. I left there feeling very happy for being treated so respectfully & with such excellent customer service. Once I returned home, I decided I'd like to increase my order to accommodate more nurses as well. So I called the store the next morning & spoke with Alyssa.but this wasn't the same young woman. She told me that 2 Alyssa's worked there but she was Alyssa L. She was just as sweet, courteous & professional as Alyssa W.was! They're not related she said, but because of their very similar work ethic, I think they should be twins! Yet again it was a beautiful experience for me & she was able to add the 2 additional items to my pickup delivery. On my pickup day, I was running late due to traffic, so I called the store to let them know of my delay. No one answered this time, just a recorded message & voice mail. I began to fear that maybe some of the bad reviews I read might come true now for me & I prayed that my orders would not only be ready, but be as beautiful as the advertised pictures. When I arrived, I could clearly see why my call went to voice mail. The employees including the manager were very busy putting customers' orders together. I realized now that because of their promise that their edible treats are always fresh & delicious, it is because they REALLY make their orders as close to delivery & pickup times as possible to live up to the company's motto. One of the men saw me & came to assist me. He saw that my fresh fruit chocolate treats were ready & got them out of the refrigerator for me. Then the manager, Melinda, came out with the cheesecake/cupcake orders for me. She also was a very delightful person & so very sweet, amiable & kind. I got to tell her about my good experiences with Alyssa W & Alyssa L. We had a wonderful small chat & then she & the male employee both offered to walk to my car to carry my 4 treat platters for me! WOW! Yeah I know this is a very long review, but I just had to share my exciting & wonderful 1st time experience with Edible Arrangements in Temecula because I didn't experience anything at all like some of the bad reviews they've been given. My experience was truly magnificent & I look forward to doing business with them again, SOON! I have placed two online orders (one for an “anniversary” in the past, and one as a “thank you” recently) and both were absolutely stunning. The fruit/chocolate bouquets arrived as expected and I was told (by the recipients) that it tasted great (both times). I called yesterday to verify my order and the gal working there who took my call was very courteous. My previous order was a year ago, so it’s been consistently great, as far as my experiences go.

I ordered on a Monday, for deliver on Wednesday, and it was never sent out. It’s now Friday and they still haven’t been delivered.
I’ve called the store a ridiculous amount of times and they never answer. Ever.
Don’t order from this store. You’ll be wasting your money.

Ordered for my twins birthday, everything came out perfect. Fallon let me know when she was on her way and almost there. Great service. I only wish there is a window delivery time when you order. Great service overall
