This place is terrible, don't expect your order to be right, on time or for them to be nice to you by any means.

Employee called 15 minutes before order was due stating PGE turned off their equipment so they could not fulfill the order, then proceeded to try and tell me that I should’ve placed my order with more time for fulfillment. If you cannot fulfill orders timely maybe don’t allow for them to be scheduled; will not be ordering again.

As a chef I am fully aware of what equipment is required to slice and arrange fruit (knife, cutting board, and dowels) and as long as the lights are on it shouldn’t have been an issue.

I called the store to check on my delivery because it was going to a business and I wanted to make sure it was going to arrive on time before my recipient left for the day. Kristen answered the phone and was so pleasant! She informed me that she called my recipient (without identifying herself or announcing what type of delivery it was) and asked her what time she was off work so that they could make sure it would arrive on time. Exceptional customer service! Thank you Kristen!

I've ordered from this location for about 4 years now, and every single time they go above and beyond. I did not give them much to work with today, and yet, they still got my order to where it was going, in time for folks to enjoy it. The fruit is always fresh, and the staff is amazing. They have a customer for life.

For anyone, who’s not sure what to bring to contribute to a potluck, a platter of Edible Arrangements wins people over time and time again. I have hosted so many parties, and every time, Edible Arrangements is something that I always consistently get compliments on and it’s just so elegant when brought to any event for any occasion on any table! Worth even more is the service that you get from Eddie and his team there, I’m so happy to work with them and they deliver which makes it even more convenient for me!

This is the first time I have ever gave 1 star on a review. I ordered from the Folsom Edible arrangement location, and I will never order from them again. I ordered for my sister's wedding to have in the morning as we were getting ready for the Big Day! I called at 10: 30am as I did not have any order updates, the lady said they just got done making it, and was just waiting for the driver, should be there in 30 minutes, as we were all getting ready for the wedding we did not realize it was almost 1: 30 I called again and I was told that there was misunderstanding it should be there again and another 30 minutes, at 2: 30 I called and I said this is unacceptable I was told that the edible arrangement should have been there around 11: 00 and then again it should have been there around 2: 00 it is 2: 30 and I have a wedding in an hour and a half that I was supposed to have my edible arrangements she told me the driver is on break and I have to wait and I this is so unacceptable and unprofessional of your company I have ordered from them multiple times but I will never again order from this location as it was just so unprofessional on my sister's wedding day.
