10I’ve ordered from Edible Arrangements all over the US this one by far is the worst! No one picks up the phone, no update on your order and I got my order. Past closing time. It was a headache trying to make this delivery
I ordered a bouquet of flowers and chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered to my best friends office on her birthday. The order showed up and they delivered a balloon and a teddy bear. NOT what I ordered.
Order is still not there when I was told it’d be deliberated around 3pm. It’s 3: 47pm. I was told i’d get a call regarding the status from the supervisor at 3: 26pm. I asked him to kindly tell me if it’d be past 3: 45pm due to the sensitivity of the situation. The order still isn’t there and it’s near 4pm and they never answer the phone, i give up. I spent a good amount of money on this gift too. Now he’s over it. Thanks Edible Arrangements. Very not considerate and disrespectful of time. Update it is not 6pm and never received a call and they’re closed. You guys will be prompted to respond to me shortly.
Terrible place, called in for an order and waited an extra 30 minutes so missed my lunch break completely. Steer clear of here very unprofessional and unorganized.
I went to this location after driving to the location on Westwood (to pick up my order that was confirmed to find they were CLOSED). They have the Westwood location as an option to accept orders yet they are permanently closed. Grace (at BH location) was able to assist me with remaking my order literally right before they closed at 6PM.
The absolute worst. The rudest business ever. Called about an order missing a main piece and they hung up on me twice! Did not want to listen to me telling them the problem. Just cut me off and talked over me. They are absolutely disgusting. I don’t even want to give them one star! Also, they have soooo many bad reviews! I didn’t realize it when I placed the order.
Either this location is grossly incompetent or does not care. Ordered a Valentine's Day delivery, and it is now the day after and the status of the order has not changed, and the order was not delivered. Calling the location just sends you to voicemail. If you can't fill the order, don't take the order.

They didn't call back.
Credit card charged. Order not delivered. Not answering call and not returning VM.
Extremely poor service.

This location is AMAZING! I been using this location since I moved to CA. I order for my co workers birthdays or other occasions. Every time I leave a note in time. There are on point. The delivery is always on time and even get pictures when delivered. No problem. Will continue to keep using this location. Thank you!
