Yall…we broke their plexiglass. That stuff was scary. We didn’t even get past the first small part in the beginning. If you are looking for something to test your gangster…yup. Sorry Dillian (who works on only weekends) & Leo for the damage! Shoutout to them though, they made the experience scary as hell.

Fantastic and terrifying experience. We did the hostage, and it was awesome. Very creepy and great atmosphere. Paige was a lovely host and Leo killed it (pun intended) as the game master. Definitely one to check out.

Darryn was a great moderator. Played BOX and he made the experience very fun and entertaining.

My friends and I did the nursery one and Minh and Anh gave us a great time! We were all super scared throughout the whole experience and the help/interaction we had while doing the room was very helpful!

We played Nursery and Anh was a lovely and friendly host for us! She gave us a thorough rundown of the rules and provided a fun and immersive experience for our whole group. The live actor, Minh, also did a wonderful job setting a tone of suspense and urgency, and our team had a super exciting time

Minh is by far the best host I have ever had at any escape room. I have been to Escape rooms in SF, LA, Irvine, and none of them compare to the hosting quality of this one. Minh made our experience way better than it needed to be and me and all my friends had an amazing time. His willingness to go above and beyond was amazing. Will be booking again soon!

Review is mostly for Anh Tran. She was great and made the experience a lot more fun.

The room itself was unique but not my favorite.

Jesse Tran was an awesome game master and made the game super fun for us! Would love to come back next time I'm in San Jose!

Did nursery! The game was fun and challenging, we weren't able to complete it but we had fun and had our hearts racing the whole time! Anh and Darryn were amazing and adjusted the scariness to our level to make sure we were scared but also felt comfortable!

I also felt bad because I screamed in Darryns face my apologies! It was fun.

The most immersive escape room experience I've had to date. Nursery is genuinely scary, but also challenging and a lot of fun. Anh and Darryn really made the experience great for our whole group, who all had different tolerance levels for fear but all enjoyed it by the end.

Nursery is lots of fun and probably the best immersion experience I ever had for escape room. Ann is super helpful and nice before and after games. Darryn our live actor is incredible building up the tension and pressure. I had a great time with my friends

I absolutely loved the experience. The puzzles were challenging and there were no limit to hints you could receive, unlike other escape rooms. The decorations were very nice and even though the room was quite compact, there was a lot to look at and the atmosphere was very immersive! Definitely should be ready for lots of cooperation with whoever you do this with; time runs out much quicker than you think! (Thank you Anh Tran and Tam Nguyen)

Overall a disappointing experience. Came to do the Nursery but was told that it was down due to a malfunctioning door. Was offered to do BoX that day, and to come back for the Nursery at a discounted rate. We did BoX - pretty lame experience - all the props and decor were very DIY. Many things were worn or broken. The doors all opened by manual control of our "host" who was watching and listening to us through video/audio. There were many side challenges that seemed obsolete, and overall the flow of the game was choppy. Having been through other escape rooms I was sorely disappointed. You can get a much better experience for less money somewhere else.

After doing BoX I wrote to the business requesting a refund because I later found out that it was less expensive than what I paid for the Nursery. I declined the discount for any future experience because I simply don't want to return and give any more money to this business. I was told that ownership was given my request but I have yet to hear back.

Bottom line is I was overcharged $50 for the experience and they haven't given my money back. Buyer beware.

Difficult does not always equal good.

Did the “Hostage” and most of the difficulty was from poorly designed puzzles that were sloppy or just difficult to see because you are in very low lighting for most of the time. The “optional” puzzles convoluted the “main” puzzles and lead to red herrings. Some of the puzzles were difficult due to worn pieces or malfunctioning mechanism, with many mechanism controlled manually by the host. We did escape but it was anticlimactic. Also, there was no backstory given whatsoever, so no real flavor or sense of meaningful direction.

One thing that rubbed me the wrong way is related to the Nursery room. We didn’t do this one because it boasts a 1% escape rate. However, if you pay more, you can skip parts of the room; literally pay to win in your escape room…

Overall, mediocre at best having done probably about 10 escape rooms prior to this one. There are definitely better options out there and not too far away.

A bit scuffed. I like the concept, but everything was way too manual. The game master had to watch pretty closely to make sure you had completed the puzzle before flipping open the doors. There were also way too many non-obvious puzzles. (i.e. Too many things we thought were decorations were actually crucial parts of the puzzles). The puzzles were not hard at all, the difficulty is artificially created via lack of proper feedback with the puzzles and too many steps that needed close guidance with the game masters.

For the current price, I cannot recommend this spot to anyone. Omescape or the escape room is vastly superior in all aspects.

We attempted the nursery. Que and Aaron was so nice and did a great job! Really really enojoyed it!

Did Battle of Xu'Qua as a group of 6 hosted by Siena. A great experience, especially for players who enjoy fantasy world settings. Would definitely recommend.
