Also, when we didn’t need a nanny full time, we’ve enjoyed using her babysitting service. Every, single, one we’ve used has been stellar! We love working with Educated Nannies! We worked with Lisa, who is AMAZING! She worked so hard in finding us the perfect nanny for our twins and our family. The social media presence for Educated Nannies is great in giving tips for activities, ways to help with behavioral issues, nutrition suggestions, etc. As a nanny with Ryan’s agency, I really felt like part of a family. Clutch service! Not only are the nannies super qualified, but the ease of booking and ability to make scheduling changes is so helpful. They take care of it all, from booking via email to sending bios to making switches when a nanny or babysitter isn't available - it makes going out a breeze that requires almost no effort on the parents part. Have used a number of different babysitters for a variety of kid personalities, and it's always been top notch. Highly, highly recommend.

I feel this company is looking for a quick dollar. They want easygoing clients that go along with whatever they offer you. If you question anything or want to know more information they are rude and dismissive. As a parent you want the best for your child and as a nanny agency Educated Nannies should know this. I would look elsewhere for your child's best interest.

Reply to response: Based on our emails after the missed zoom call (do to a family emergency) we we're still discussing nannies. It seems that your problem started when I asked if my address was essential at the moment. I did not want to provide my address until I knew for sure I was going to hire a nanny from this agency. Being that I have had issues in the past with our address getting out that was not an option for us. I was willing to provide the area and meet with potential nannies in a public place. After I asked that I was told that Educated Nannies would not be able to accommodate me. I'm so glad I did not provide my address or my fiancé's information. They could've dismissed me at any time and our name and address would've have been in their system. I was able to a find a great nanny service that works with high profile clients and understood my privacy concerns right away. Our exchange was just overall poor communication and professionalism.
