Education & Leadership Foundation reviews
9I went to an appointment and Miss Diana took care of me and she is an excellent person. He took good care of me and I liked how he treated people.
Worse place ever … not only did they take for ever on out case but cause conflicts between my spouse n I… after I did all the work for them set up the documents in order they still gave us the run around not they tell me supervisor have resigned so what’s really going on there no one is running the place they just waisted a year of our time … my spouse could’ve had her residence card already… I’m going to report this to higher places so they actually take yours organization out of Fresno they don’t help they just practice with people cases
Education and leadership foundation is truly an amazing group of people. They are dedicated to help others like myself. I would have been lost without their assistance and have made my life easier when he came to helping me with my needs. Thank you very much Diana Ramos, and the rest of the team.
Education & Leadership Foundation has helped me with my DACA since high school. I am very grateful for them for helping me and guiding me each renewal year. I currently filed Advance Parole with them and they made me feel comfortable and have hope throughout the steps. I want to shout out Diana Ramos, she is such an amazing person and I hope nothing but the best because she goes above and beyond to help and get all the paperwork done, Thank you Education & Leadership foundation!
Great service, super helpful and very attentive to all my questions and concerns with my process. Thank you very much Martiza
Kindness and very good attention the way of being of the people is very kind they help you with your immigration problems and others 100% recommended an excellent and efficient person Miss MARITZA RAMÍREZ very graceful
I had a wonderful experience through this organization. Maritza made it so easy to understand the process and always answered my questions. She was very willing to translate in Spanish to my family member. After she processed papers for my family i have referred many other people to her who have also had an excellent experience. If you go through this organization make sure you request Maritza.
This for the immigration office on Ashlan, I was hesitating on posting this because is a great organization but, I am very upset and I have to speak up for my elderly aunt. The employee by name Maritsa Ramirez was in charge of my aunt’s citizenship application, and she’s the rudest and most unprofessional person we have ever met. At my aunt’s first appointment with her she made her wait about an hour and when she took her in, the appointment lasted about 5 minutes and felt like my aunt was literally pushed out the door. It was so rushed and seem she didn’t want to really help her. She treated my aunt very rude since my aunt had a hard time understanding what she was saying and this girl had no compassion for her. Second time she cancelled an appointment because she didn’t have it on her agenda when she literally gave my aunt a note with the date and time, but she blamed it on my aunt and sent her home. When my aunt went back, this employee had a little boy in the room and she was more focus on the kid been all over the place than helping my aunt. So my aunt decided not to go back! My family has come to this office for all of our immigration cases and we are very grateful for all they do and their help but, we will not come back, we did file complain but never heard from supervisors. If you go here Please Avoid Maritsa at all cost.
All these people have one thing in common that i dont have, with any of them, they're spanish, i am not, my experience was rigid, non caring, and disconnected, they act like they wanted to help, until i turned my paperwork in, after that the phone calls stopped, no texts, no emails, so i ended up just begging other people for help, and having to pay a late fee, after i was told they had funding in. If youre black, chinese, or indian, dont even waste your'e time. I will be doing a physical and mental deletion, as to never have met these individuals, and i will be posting on Facebook.
