Educational Employees Credit Union - EECU - Old Town Clovis Branch reviews
9 I've been with the EECU 'CLOVIS' BRANCH for Over 40 Years. I Won't Bank 'ANYWHERE' Else! Why Would I.do That?
It's Local, is in a Handy Location, it's Small but Quick & Friendly. ️and While I'm There, I get the opportunity to visit All of the Quaint, Convenient Little Shops along the way. And, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!?
AVOID AVOID AVOID this location like the plague. The employees are useless and antagonistic they seem to hate working. The management is useless for keeping useless employees.
I'm not very happy at all with the customer service today! The underwriters here really are mean and they don't treat you like a human being, just a credit score and a credit report to trample all over your soul!
Two weeks ago, I had an EECU employee (branch by the airport) tell me they could refinance my 6.5% loan into the current promotion rate of 4.5%. I couldn't refi at the time because I had to get to catch a flight. Today I come into the branch in Clovis on Fowler. "no we can't do that", even though the 4.5% rate is still being offered. Pathetic! I'll have the loan paid off in 6 months and NEVER come to EECU again. Central Valley peeps, stick with another CU and avoid this place.
Great fast service. People inside ask the same questions allot please know why your going to the bank before taking 30 minutes asking the same question to a teller.
Always great customer service from the counter tellers to the loan officers! We definitely recommend this branch.
Employees are awesome with good communication skills. They’re very passionate towards their jobs they check your ID 2-3 times for security reasons thats good for us. Most of them have genuine smile on their faces. I think they need more tellers especially on the weekend evenings. Also for adding one more atm.
Two major details never resolved and annoying. So I've transferred my account elsewhere. Wait time on phone can be an hour or longer. Tried the automatic call back once and no one called back.
I was in a business and needed their service unexpectedly so I was truly inconvenience, as those waiting for them also. Never reached anyone.
They have an updated glitch from a year ago that has never been fixed. I did call on this. Trying to log in, the screen bounces back and forth from the old log in to the new, then finally settles down to sign in. I have a touch screen and quite annoying when I think it's finished bouncing back and forth and I'm playing tag with it.
I do like their mobile app and especially the mobile deposit. It's been very efficient. Going inside wait time not too bad, sometimes not that great. Buying a car there was one major miscommunication causing a delay. But overall the people are always nice, hence the second star.
I have been waiting for over 45 minutes to signing loan. When I got here, there was one other person ahead of me. One employee sat in his cubicle for nearly 30 minutes not helping anyone, then another person came in and signed in that employee came and helped them immediately. Maybe they were 30 minutes late to their appointment. But they seemed as surprised at being called as I was.
