Educational Employees Credit Union - EECU - Madera Branch reviews
7Went into the branch earlier trying to get a new account for my mom approached the counter and Samantha was rude told me they only do appointments I said so no walk in and she said sure it’s going to be a 3 hour wait that’s not a way to treat a new customer. She said we would be there up to 3 hours or more that’s so wrong. Never expected bad customer service cause in Clovis the staff is amazing first and last time I will visit EECU in Madera because of Samantha’s rude attitude.
Have been with them for almost 20 years they do a great job don't cost you an arm and a leg for all their services
Always answer your questions and if their not sure they'll try to find the answer for you.
This EECU location is the best out of all the one's I've been to. The staff here are so nice and helpful. The 2 atm's located outside are always busy most days, which is why it's better to go inside. I enjoy every interaction I have while going in here. Never been disappointed, even if it's a bit of a wait, at least it's air conditioned inside lol.
You guys need to work on your customer service skills. If you don't like a job in which you have to treat people nicely then why have it? First of all why do you guys have the security guard asking why I'm here? That's just plain rude. I have never gotten treatment like that while walking into any other bank. On top of that there was an employee you greeted other people and not me while I was first in line which felt very passive aggressive. And finally the clerk who was attending me needs a bit more training. She went without telling me how much my coin deposit was until I pointed that out to her. Also, the ATM machine outside wasn't working. Seriously, do better Madera.
I cant believe this branch would tell a customer that they have bad relations with a certain dealership when this branch never gets used by us cause there would be no need to but clearly some customer service training should be implemented as well as some professional ethics and relations.
