Wow, I will NEVER bank with EECU. I simply went in to ask if they could break a bill, because, you know, it's money, kinda their "thing" right? Well the lady looked at me disgusted and said "we only do that for members". I looked at her in disbelief, "you can't exchange money? ". Like I get that there may be policies in place that I don't know about but the snarl on her face and complete lack of customer service blew me away.
