This review is specifically in regards to Lily that works at this office. Without going into a huge long story, I have almost switched from State Farm a couple of times because of pricing and other reasons, but having Lily there always working to get me and my family the best coverage possible with the best service has made it more than worth it to stick with State Farm. She is extremely knowledgeable, quick, and will ALWAYS go the extra mile for you including staying late in the office to finish up policies for you because she knows the coverage is important to you and your family to have as soon as possible. As others have said in previous reviews, Lily is amazing to work with and I know she makes Effrems office shine because of her stellar service. Our first State Farm agent retired and closed down his office and Amanda got relocated to this Norwalk location and we followed her (I say “we” because my parents and sister did the same) this is how much me love Amanda’s service.
