Do not fall for their sales pitch and relentless phone calls, which borders to harassment. Ineffective marketing and their so called optimization is a total scam. Waste of hard earned money for any Business going into contract with this Company.

If you actually own a small or medium business, you can easily do what they claim they can "professionally" do. Being "certified" by Google doesn't mean more than you, a business owner, running your own Google page.
Lastly, they constantly call my business, which is inconvenient to say the least.

Stay away from these guys you're better off without them.

This company deceived me on services and price and even who they were. They billed me $245 and said I signed up with them when I don’t even know who this company is and what they do.

Hiring eGumball as a vendor is like having children.minus the love and memories. Expect to be manipulated, unappreciated and taken advantage of. But that won't mean they won't want that balloon, as if they're entitled to it. Expect them to not do their chores, despite them having received their monthly allowance.

My corporation currently uses them as a vendor however, given the fact that their performance and efforts are severely lacking, we'll most likely be forced to throw them out when the contract is up.

Egumball helps my business in a great manner. I truly appreciate the awesome work their wonderful team does especially Leah that is so pleasant to work with.

I've never experienced such continuous Harassment from an internet company in my entire life! No Integrity, Leadership or Honesty within this organization. The more you say ‘No Thanks I’m Not Interested, ’ the more they Terrorize! This company uses Coercion tactics stating that your company is losing a lot of business and will continue to lose more business unless you sign up for their membership! After begging and pleading to have my number taking off their call list they moved on to selling my number and information to other harassing businesses just like there’s! Now I receive up to 6-10 Scam calls a day! Yes and I’m not exaggerating, I’d post a screen shot to prove if Google wouldn’t remove. I plan on filing a complaint with a CA agency that regulates such an unethical company!

Egumball has been excellent! I have been with them for 4 years. If you’re in the fence about using them have no worries! I promise you they will do right by you.

Egumball does only minimum citation correction a month when they can do more. On your Google account it gives numbers of traffic for your business. After 4 months with egumball that number didn't change.egumball is selling nothing but un answered questions. They are not certified through Google! They can't guarantee anything. And don't want to show you proof of the work they say they do until you demand it. Do not hire them it is a total loss of money

Obvious scammers. Biggest tell is getting transferred to, what scammers refer to as closers, but they'll say it's just their manager. Love messing with them every time they call, which is multiple times a day.
Don't fall for these scammers. They aren't even convincing. They'll just try getting you on a contract. A contract that you pay for monthly and they do nothing. Make sure to research anyone who says they work for Google or any major company.

Mark, in Billing, was very accomodating in allowing me to split my monthly invoice into several payments while their customer service dept works on improving my website ranking and, thereby, my business.

This is a con game. None of their services are guaranteed and or are obliged to perform and report to you they are mere assurances. Somehow they are able to convert your application into a contract wherein you will keep billing you without anything to show for their work. Once trapped into their contract their only service you will receive is a prompt bill every month.keep away at all cost.
