Amazing experience! Been working with Natalie for almost two years and the change to my body is fantastic, she is so good at pushing me just enough to really feel the work. Increase overall in injury prevention and body awareness. I have never felt better. Absolutely love her and her studio.

Natalie is an amazing instructor. I’ve been to several other Pilate studios but none of the instructors customize your workout like Natalie. She is especially great if you have any injuries or issues as she focuses on your form being correct to prevent worsening or creating injuries. I would highly recommend EHF Pilates for anyone looking to improve their strength, posture, core, flexibility and balance in a fun and encouraging atmosphere.

I made an appointment with Natalie because I had been liviing with severe back pain for over a year. My daughter recommended pilates and I knew Natalie from the Carlsblad Chamber of Commerce. It was one of the best things I had ever done! In one session, she diagnosed what I was doing wrong and demostrated what I needed to do to correct the problem. And she gave me a set of exercises to solve the problem permanently. It was a miracle that I was able to walk pain free!

I recommend Natalie to anyone that is suffering from a similar physical problem. She is amazingly perceptive, very knowledgeable, and a wonderful person to work with.
