10/10 board, 10/10 customer support [ryan* is alright], i did almost fall off a couple times and so i’m giving them [Ehlers Longboards] a 4 instead of a 5

Customer Service for this company deserves 5 stars all day. The quick response from Ryan sets this company apart from others. Errors are a daily part of production and manufacturing and these longboards are not exempt from defects. But in the event a customer receives a defective product like the one I recieved, Ehlers Longboards will quickly address the issue which in my case, a replacement deck. Thank you again.
