I started the process in September 2023 and received my ITIN in January 2024, more or less four months later. Note that most of the delay is due to the IRS.

I filled out the form and provided the required documents after my payment. I had an initial call with a member of the Sina team who confirmed the details of my application and the steps to follow. Throughout the process, they answered my questions promptly.
