Einstein Bros. Bagels reviews
19Super long wait, they need more staff. The view into the food area shows a super dirty floor. I waited over 45 minutes for two bagels to go. Don’t go here unless you have an hour to spare waiting around.
Would you please open up a restaurant in escondido or San Marcos please? It would be very successful! Thank you
Watch out this place has some really incompetent and rude people working here. I called in to go order and they got my order wrong. When I asked them to correct it they gave me tons of attitude. Too bad because we all love these bagels but people like this can ruin the day.
Einstein Bros.bagels, like most chain restaurants are pretty consistent with the food and service.
There’s not really much that could go wrong when ordering from a chain, because you know what to expect. So, expect that on busy days your order has a higher chance of being wrong, and you have to weigh the cost of getting back in line to have your order corrected, or just accepting that you didn’t get what you paid for and just move on.
Food was good.they need to pay more attention to cleanliness. I ordered a coffee and they were out of it.so I had to tell them to make more.
Very friendly staff. Decent bagels at a decent price. Plenty of options for breakfast and lunch.
The employees here are completely rude to dashers.
I came in to pick up a door dash to which they told me someone already picked it up. When that happens that means someone stole the order. I told them that to which I was first ignored and than yelled at and told to leave in front of everyone. They told me it's not their problem if people come in and steal orders and are told by management not to care. Every other store always confirms the order with the dashers. I have never been treated like this. Don't get defensive and rude and yell at people because you can't do your job correctly and take 5 seconds to make.sure your to go orders are taken by the right people and not stolen.
There is really low moral with employees. Limited items. No pickles. No chicken salad. No smoked turkey. Staff not concerned if you are happy with offerings or order.
This is one of my favorite bagel places. I love the six cheese bagels and the one that had bacon so yummy.unfortunately they DC'd the one with bacon but still a good place for bagels.
Always great staff and consistent bagels, the free stuff you get with the app is a nice surprise every now and then.
Worth the wait! Einstein Bros has more flavor in their Bagels than any other bagel shop Hands Down! Get your "Best Friend" a treat and pick up a Doggie Bagel! Absolutely love this place!
Their machine forces you to leave a tip to check out. It is, of course, counter service, self seating, a self-serve drink machine, and self busing.
I didn't like that the dining room was not open. I had to sit outside at a filthy dirty table that had trash underneath it. Additionally I did not like that they did not cut my bagel in half it was very hard to eat
Please get your act together and honor $8.00 Mondays! I paid $21.99 last Monday. It doesn't matter who is running the register it's always been a hassle for me regarding the price on Monday's and it shouldn't be. Thank you! Still love you guys but you need to communicate better. Thanks!
Not the same bagel shop it was a few years ago. New menu, more non-bagel sandwiches, and no inside seating. Still a few tables on the patio.
Disaapointed on you for not opening up the dining area and perpetuating fear about an over-hyped virus.
Staff seemed burned out. Saturday morning. I just wanted an orange juice and the staff member said I can buy one, so I grabbed it and set it on the counter but they turned around and started preparing someone else’s order. 2-3 full minutes later she finally turns around. So for that time I was holding my card up waiting to pay.
Contrary to most other coffee shops, fast food and regular restaurants, they still do not let you eat inside.
