Very nice office staff and professional service was provided by all, including assistants and oral surgeon. Very clean throughout.

Very pleased with the entire staff. The front desk ladies are very pleasant and courteous. The nurses and doctors are very professional and top notch. Right down to Kevin the finance specialist Kevin who was exceptional and compassionate. Highly recommend this dentist to everyone.

Great experience with Dr. EJ on my first visit. On my second visit, I had an expert and thorough dental cleaning by Janey, a dental hygienist. On both visits everyone, from front office staff to dentists, dental hygienists and dental assistants were warm and caring, and the office is clean and bright. After experiencing several local competitors, EJ Dental is my choice for dental service.

We absolutely loved this dentist office today; my husband gets nervous around needles and dentistries, they handled it well, they allowed me to be with him the entire time and to be able to console him. They also took their time in regards to explaining prices, procedures, future procedures, and financing. They got him in same day to get his tooth extracted to start his healing and to stop the pain. Multiple people explained the dos and don't after his procedure; they prescribed appropriate medication. The office is clean, communicative, gental, quick, and an over all calming environment. We will be making this his primary dentist office. Thank you to everyone at this office we appreciate everything today.

It's not easy finding a dentist you feel comfortable with. If your looking I suggest you give them a try. Dr. Suarez is amazing, as is her staff. Jenny is so very kind, considerate of her patients. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but I really appreciate the entire team for consistently making it as pleasant of an experience as possible. Thank you all.

EJ dental is one the best dentist me and my family have ever been too. My son is diagnosed with Autism and was nervous, The staff is amazing, special thanks to Jenny and Beatrice they are amazing, very helpful, kind and patient. Thank you all so much for making my children's trip to the dentist so special.

Very bad service and attitude. Not helpful at all. Arrived with receptionist and answered rude.

I’ve been going to EJ Dental for about 10 months, in the beginning I was very happy with their services but now is not as good as it was, the new receptionists are sometimes rude, they see you when you arrive to check in but sometimes they ignore you, they don’t even greet you (specially the new ones), even over the phone they are rude.
Today 07/27/23 I called them to confirm my daughters appointment with the orthodontist and mine with Dr. Juarez tomorrow 07/28…My appointment was confirmed but my daughters Ortho appointment for my surprise was canceled AGAIN for the 3-4th. Time since she started her treatment and the receptionist said that it needed to be rescheduled until the end of August because of overbooking (is not my fault that they don’t know how to do their job right). My daughter has 2 loose brackets, the Ortho refused to fix them at the time of her appointment 2 weeks ago and said make an appointment in the following 2 weeks. Her bottom teeth are worst that before, now she has an overbite

First time patient and the staff was very welcoming! Unfortunately my appointment didn’t come up in the system. Most places would have said I had to reschedule but not EJ Dental, they made it happen, rescheduling wasn’t even mentioned, which I really appreciated since I took time off work. My dentist recommended a few procedures I have been considering for some time and I am excited to see the results!

I switched offices from the EJ Dental in indio to there office in Cathedral City. They made the transfer fast and easy once I arrived they made sure I was taken care of and ready for the next visit. I highly recommend EJ Dental never once was I unhappy with their work.
