Poor waitresses were very late because there were only 2 for the entire place and bad service from the kitchen because they took out an order and half an hour later they brought the other dishes

Is a nasty place to go just very low clase people, we wait for food 45 minutes and at the end we just leave because the food never show up, people drinking, and were little kids there I think that is illegal it was late night

I went for a soup, I waited for more than 1 hour, I asked the waitress for salt, the owner never brought it to me, the service was disgraceful, the music was horrible, one goes to eat to be calm and not get a headache with the people who sing If you want to put on karaoke, do it but specify a time and a day, you don't have to put up with that, the clients are not all going to drink, we want peace, and hire more staff, and cook the vegetables well, wait an hour and have them give you raw food. It's not good, hire staff and give good service and cook well, I won't go back to that place to drink vegetable water soup nooooooo, I give them 000000

Walked in and there seemed to be only one lady there doing drinks. There were 4-5 occupied tables (small venue) and some other tables were dirty. One man had to go to the bar to ask for his check. Waited around for 5 minutes, we weren't acknowledged or given any instructions. Stood by a dirty table and nobody came out so we left. Safe to say we wont be back.

I went to eat and the beef soup was expensive and they didn't give me rice. I asked a waitress and she was all angry just because I asked her why they didn't give me rice and she told me that the rice is INCREDIBLE, better always faithful to the metapan from the sherman way sopon and the rice is NOT CHARGED separately and a good price.

Great service and delicious food, the wait is worth, you feel like homemade. Friendly people, I definitely recommend this place 100%

How is it possible that they charge extra for the rice of a beef soup? If rice is the cheapest there is. First restaurant that charges me for rice wow, don't do that until the soup came out expensive and for them to charge for rice, huy no, don't be so mutts and even more so the waitress doesn't even smile.

Was told food would be ready in 20 and it took an hour. The staff initially tried to tell us the order didn't exist, then when they found it wouldn't tell us how long it would take. They finally gave us an estimate and every response through the whole thing seemed annoyed that we just wanted the food we already paid for.

It is a prestigious restaurant. I liked everything the first time I visited it and I was very satisfied.

The food is delicious, the place is clean and spectacular, the girls are super nice, super friendly, super outgoing, they are gorgeous and the pupusas are so delicious that they transport me to Olocuilta with every bite.
This is one of my favorite places with all the necessary elements to make me feel at home.

They took long to bring me my food and the fries were cold. It was like they had them sitting there for a while.

The food takes a long time, we were waiting 2 hours for a seviche and no one takes your order

The experience was very bad, since when we arrived there was no person to take our order. However, the security personnel were very rude. The truth is I don't think I will return to this place.

Food is good but they definately need more personnel. We waited 50min for a breakfast. Its not the first time we come and everytime the waitress says she is the only one working with one cook.
