New office, everything was nice, and my visit went well. The staff there also lead me to other types of financial aid.

The staff doesn’t seem to care whether you get your financial aid in time. My financial aid has been delayed these past few semesters. Last semester I received half of my aid weeks AFTER the semester ended. I recommend attending another school if you’re going to be relying on financial aid throughout the school year.

They do not help you whatsoever. They only help when its convenient for them at THEIR OWN TIME. But when it come to charging students, THEY'RE SO ON IT
