Unfortunately, not a good experience for us again. Lack of compassion is where we will leave it. We had a bad experience a year ago, but I wanted to try again. I went in without my dog at our appt time to explain my concerns to the nice team member and decided to give it another try. When I brought my dog back in the owner came out and wanted to hear the whole explanation again. She then proceeded to tell me it would be the same experience as last time and they are a busy shop with lots of dogs. I took my dog and left. Had she shown an ounce of compassion or concern for us.it would have helped. Never again will we be back. Previous owner was always affectionate with all animals and customers. Breaks my heart, I love to support small businesses in the area.

Always super nice, my dogs come out happy and super adorable. They always put a cute bandana or flower.

Omg we love this place. Everyone is so friendly but most importantly they love our pug. I would never go anywhere else!

The range of ratings really surprised me.zero is appropriate…i have used El Camino for going on 20 years…reflecting back.i am so disappointed and disgusted with the new owners (over a year now). I have a senior dog, that takes a little more care then a youngster.anyway.i was advised my senior dog was difficult after over 10 years of grooming this rescue Schnauzer.at El Camino… i was told i was not welcome back and i should take the dog to the vet…vet asked what they want him to do …put the dog down.because he is difficult…to groom…how shocking.the vet never heard a statement like that from a groomer… i can never reconcile the groomers statement.i so miss the old owner

. Update. I am not a former employee.but a long term customer.in response to the owners comments. Only wish I recorded the conv.so I could post it.make up your own mind.this is only my personal opinion but very true and from my heart.take the dog to the vet. I was told this more then once and then told not to come back they would no longer groom the dog.maybe that employee is no longer there.but damage done
