El Garrobero Restaurant reviews
16 EL GARROBERO IS ONE OF THE BEST SALVADORAN FOOD RESTAURANT IN LOS ANGELES AREA.
705 FREEWAY AND VALLEY BL.
GREAT SERVICE, STAFF IS SO FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.
THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS AND THE DRINKS TOO.
They have tamales pisques or whatever they're called. They are soo good. The food is good. Real horchata!
Like most dine in salvadorian places, they take a while for your food to get to your table.
All the food is excellent delicious.no more the customer service is below level, they use more staff to serve customers
Service takes way too long. I ordered 3 pupusas to dine in and it took about 45 min to get my food. In all, it took my entire 1hr lunch break to get out of there.
Taste of food: great
Service: poor, awful. Long wait time. The one waitress needs major help asap and training. Next time, I will place order for pick up to avoid the poor wait time and hot mess.
I had a combinaction breakfast called el Guanaco, which was really good. It came with a tamale, a chorizo, fried plantains, two eggs, a pupusa and sour cream and queso fresco. It was plenty of food and very tasty. Service was great and very affordable prices Will visit again.
Worst customer service ever my family and I are extremely disappointed. The wait was so long and they didn’t have too many customers. When they finally brought the food the waitress didn’t bring us utensils, my husband had to go ask for some and the waitress only brought us 4 because all they had was dirty ones at the moment so we even had to wait to get clean utensils. And on top of that we didn’t get our order right. I do not recommend this place at all.
Great pupusas at a fantastic price. They do not skimp on the filling for the pupusas, it was very delicious
Very good food pupusas, breakfast dishes, soups, baleadas, tamales, fried plantains and more.
I hate when a restaurant says they close at a certain time and when you get there it's close!
Food was awesome and the staff did a very good job at making us feel at home thank you and GOD bless
Terrible service from the waitresses, I was waiting for about 20 minutes and they didn't serve me, then other people arrived and they were served first. I won't go to that place again.
We went to this restaurant and ordered chicken with slices and the girl told us there is only leg, is that okay? I mean, nooo, of course not. Next time go to the supermarket and buy chicken so that customers don't run away from you and recommend you.
I really like the food, but I give it a 3 because they stir the leftover curtido from the diners and give it again,
El pollo con tajadas, so delicious, and the good thing is that I don’t have to go to LA for this delicious, I’m giving 4 stars because I haven try the other food, but I still recommend this place! Enjoy it!
Pretty bad place. You'll enjoy the food better at taconazo. Waitress kept telling us the food will be right out. Never came, waitress was rude. Never going back.
