DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE! I made the biggest mistake by purchasing my SECOND car from this man. Years ago, I purchased my Nissan, and everything went smooth, well this time was the worst experience of my life. The engine light came on within a few days of me, driving the car, and the owner did nothing about it. The only help I received was from the smog guy next-door, his name is Ramsey (he seemed to care the most) and I highly recommend his services, but the owner and the gentleman who sells the vehicles is a very greedy man. Makes everything seem smooth. Lets you test drive, so I’m sure he clears the engine lights before he sells the cars, but not even 50 miles with the vehicle, and my engine light came on. He also asked for a $2000 down payment and although I only had 1500 to put down. NONE OF THAT WENT TOWARDS THE VEHICLE. I guess it was my mistake for going back and having faith in a man like him and not doing my research. After thousands of dollars in repairs and a good refinance, I will survive but I will NEVER RECOMMEND FRANK AT EL GENERAL in Colton. The worst part about this is I told Frank all of the issues I had with my previous car, and how much money I had lost and he proceeded to sell me a lemon. I really thought he was a stand up guy. Never again
