El Gran Taco Loco, San Francisco CA

This place is out of control. They charge so much more for food and then add 3.99 percent on each menus item that is on top of the normal charge. For 4 items, I paid 46 dollars at a taco joint in the mission with flies hovering all around. San Fran has lost it. Will never come here again.

Excellent huevos rancheros- not too salty, deliciously spiced, excellent coffee, served with lots of extra tortillas, YUM!

Good food bordering on excellent. Tacos Al pastor are really delicious, carnitas are a close second.
Friendly staff. Clean dinning room.

The service there is terrible. Do yourself a favor and try any other taqueria in SF. Any other one. Even the one next door to El Gran Taco Loco.

Neighborhood taqueria in the SF Excelsior district that has an empressive interior as it always maintains cleanliness, well organized and spacious atmosphere. Front counter cashier lady's greets and coordinates prepping orders of walk in customer's and online delivery pick ups. Clearly diligent of their quality of service. Friendly people.

I miss the Taco Loco that burned down on 29th & mission. This is the second time here, 1st in evening & 2nd in the morning, again. Tacos & burritos was dry and burned also salsa had no taste. The chips was the only thing good. Sorry but No Bueno.

Horrible customer service. Asked for extra salsa and the lady working there got an attitude, Not to mention that it took 5 minutes for her to take our order. Her coworker had to tell her that we were there. The food is soggy and very salty. Never coming back here ever again.

The worst mexican food I ever tried and so expensive. Don't waste your money at this place. Cero.

The salsas here are amazing. Food is delicious. Always busy and the tables are always full. I can't get enough of this place, it's probably my favorite taqueria around the city.

They cannot get your order right! I’ve ordered several pick up orders and this will be the last. Not once has my order been right. The quality is never been good. And they add a service charge! That’s the kicker, and still getting my order wrong.

Horrible place paid with my card and they hurry up and turned the screen and tip there self 20% don’t bother coming here very rude and nasty food

No flavor in the meat.
Charged extra for carne asada.
Charged an extra fee for using a credit card but no sign was posted of any additional fee
$2.40 for a can of soda. Are you kidding me?
Totally got ripped off. Unacceptable! Never ever going here again.
Avoid this place at all costs not worth a penny.

The food here is ok I guess. It's a bit slow and the staff are not that friendly. Cracking a smile here and there would make it a little less uncomfortable.
