We rented 2 Class C Motorhomes again with my friends who was first time RV trip during Feb 11 to 23. We traveled California, Nevada, Arizona and Utah. It’s an amazing RV trip, and we got lots of assistance from El Monte Road Assistance. Thank you: Alonzo, Estephanie, Rebecca and Richard!

Rented a sun seeker Mobile home and had a wonderful experience from the the beginning Alonso who helped us check out and Stephine that ran are paper work definitely renting again from here

We were super pleased and impressed with the overall experience in doing business with El Monte RV! The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable and personable! Rebecca, Andrea and Estephani were so nice and made the entire process, from beginning to end, a pleasant, easy and convenient experience! I'm terrible with names, so I'm not sure which gal was which, but I made sure to get their names because I needed to mention them by name for their outstanding customer service. We explained our plans, number of our party and perfect recommendations were made to make sure we were comfortable, confident and ready to hit the road! It was like borrowing an RV from family, without the stress! Lol. We will definitely be back if our travel plans call for road travel again! And of course, we'll be recommending El Monte RV to friends and family! The coach was impeccably clean and I'd swear were the only people to have ever used it! The return process was just as smooth and fast. Great job everyone! And thank you!
