Bad service here, and food is not authentic. You don’t taste the amor de Sivar in their food

Waited 40 minutes for nasty food. Empanadas de leche - the Platano was very poorly made, not molido at all & not sweet. The pupusas forget about it. I would not waste my money here. Service was not good at all. They appear mad when helping you and don't greet you, in person or on the phone.

Bad service, they don't have the food that they've got in the menu, 0/0. The drinks are not good.

This place used to be a very nice place to eat, but now with the new owner is the most worst place to eat, is very evident that something is wrong with the new owner her aptitude and personality, you can see clearly her negative way to talk with you, also when you ask for more salsa or cabbage she charge you on your card without telling you who much more will be in your bill.

This is the best pupusas place I've ever had. I recommend people coming to this place the Manager is a sweet heart. I've been coming here for years. I love love love this place.

New owners. Pupusas still good but service took a nose dive.
Placing phone order after 5: 00pm is a challenge and they stop taking orders at 6: 45PM.

First, Horrible service! The waitress starts arguing with you about your order and apart from that she has a bad face and attitude. We have always liked birria de chivo and pupusas but they really should train their workers on costumer service. Second, I don't know who the manager of this restaurant is, but they take a long, long time to prepare the food and you ask them for extra tortillas and it happens that they never bring them to you or they give you an excuse that they are going to take a long time to make them, which restaurant does that! ! If you want more coffee, not a single fly offers you more, you have to stop and serve it! How sad because they have very good food but TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Very bad experience, you call and call and they don't answer and when you come and make the order that will last 1 hour, what is the use of having a phone number if they are not going to answer it and not make people wait so long

Great food! Pupusas are some of the best.
Very small place and service is kinda slow, but for good reason.
Everything is made to order and handmade
So expect to wait a lil longer than usual.

Every time I call this place they never answer. Just this week I called on Tuesday and just now (Saturday) and no answer. If they are not taking phone orders than why do they a phone # or a website that promotes their business. Very disappointing how they run their business.
