El Paseo reviews
4Megan at El Paseo was great to work with, always helped out when needed and made my stay that much better!
Wow! As first time apartment owners, we were lucky to have Meagan and Erica! The apartment complex was super clean and everyone was very friendly. Both girls made the experience less nerve racking by answering all our questions. They made the complex feel like a home, with all the residential get togethers the community offers! Their great communication really sold me on the apartment! Community is key, If you’re looking for a place to call home I highly recommend this place!
Went in for a tour and Meagan was very sweet and friendly. Gave me lots of information and insight of the community. She was phenomenal.
My daughter submitted an application to this apartment complex for a duplex apartment and the manager treated her very rudely and very disrespectfully during the application process. The manager also did not act in good faith and was very deceitful and dishonest during the entire process. It may be that the manager and some of the other individuals working there are very racist and have serious issues within themselves dealing with and relating to African Americans. This was very evident and clearly apparent, least in our dealings with the manager of this apartment complex.
My daughter (31 years of age) was so hurt by the experience that she now does not want to live in Tusin. I can't say that I blame her. I would not want to live there either.
I would seriously caution any African American to stay away from this company and not to even consider for one minute renting an apartment at this apartment complex altogether for any length of time. The manager and possibly some of the other people working there are really that bad at least in my and my daughter's opinion. Sadly, they are that racist, deceitful and dishonest.
Update: The assistant manager from the apartment complex in Tusin, California called my daughter and apologized very nicely and sincerely for the problems she had endured last week while simply applying for a apartment this complex and at their sister apartment complex which is also located in Tusin. Her application was approve the next day but my daughter was able to get another apartment she really likes, this one in Irvine, California (not in Tusin) through her company.
Both myself and my daughter appreciate the fact that a nice person from the first apartment complex she applied to in Tusin did apologize to her and did act in good faith and kindness to resolve the early problems. And, for that I say, "Thank you for treating my daughter with respect and kindness. "
"Thank you, for your professionalism and sincerity. They were both surprising and refreshing. "
