El Paso - Los Angeles Limousine Express, Inc., El Monte CA

On last trip to vegas we had problem person. Driver took care of it fast. Police came and took person off of bus. Was really impressed. Thanks always had good quiet trips.

We used them for travels to see family. Very good price for the four of us and it was nice to be able to sleep and not drive. I would really recommend them if you’re on a budget or just don’t want to drive.

I agree with customers there the lady is very polite, The man needs attitude adjustment definitely. I do not I agree with their policy although I ask for it they could not produce it. They say No refunds at all, and not transferable.

Lady salesperson very professional. Man needs training in customer service and an attitude adjustment. Just telling it like it is as we use this service often.

Hell to the no, seats smell, my driver constantly woke me up in the middle of the desert because he was falling asleep n almost driving off the the road hitting the bumps causing the bus to shake. There's no room to stretch, half the people on the bus are loud obnoxious and rude. I'd rather fly.

I have used both Greyhound and El Paso - Los Angeles Limousine so let me compare the two to see which is better.

Greyhound:
+ Bus has AC outlets
+ All buses have WiFi
+ Has indoor restaurant and gift-shop
+ More English friendly (but Limousine has English support)
- Rowdy passengers
- More delays

El Paso Limousine:
+ Nicer people
+ Less expensive
+ More generous luggage policy (up to 100 lbs and can bring more than one carry-on based on availability)
+ Faster / Fewer stops
+ More comfortable seats
+ Less red tape (checking baggage)
- Lack of indoor waiting area at night (For the El Monte station)

I used to use Greyhound but there were issues during my last three visits (unprofessional staff, rowdy passengers, bus delays) so I've decided to give El Paso - Limousine Express a try and I will not look back. The passengers are friendlier, the staff are professional, it is cheaper (round-trip from El Paso to LA), and the trip time is faster than Greyhound.

Note that because there are fewer stops, it might be wise to stock up on supplies, especially water, beforehand. I made the mistake of only bringing two bottles of water. Fortunately, the passengers on the bus were nice and gave me more water.

Good service but location needs a cab waiting safe area with lighting and benches for late night arrivals.

I've been here to pick up or drop off someone.it seems like there service is pretty good.there always on time.

My mother inlaw always uses this bus place to take trips to new Mexico and Vegas other places too. She always says the trip in the bus was nice.
