El Patio reviews
15Waited almost 40 mins tonight through the drive thru, soon as i pull to the front window, i saw my food was sitting out getting cold awhile the two guys talk, my burrtio luke warm, my kid meal fries were cold.disapointed wait for long and food isnt food hot. Probably wont be back again.stay from the drive thru unless you want cold food
The two times I have been there, they have gotten my order wrong. Chicken burrito instead of carne asada. Carnitas super burrito with rice on the side. No guac, no rice on the side. The carnitas is super salty. More salty than fast food. Their tortilla is amazing. Too bad.
I especially love the rolled tacos, I get beef. I also recommend their mini soft taco, it's like a pillowy gordita, get your favorite meat. This is a restaurant with a drive through for convenience. This is NOT FAST FOOD and therefore if the line is long, it will take a while to move up and get to the window. If you want to complain about that, order ahead or go inside and sit down. The salsa is bomb, The breakfast burrito is SO good. We are lucky to have El Patio in Woodland.
Paid online for a regular burrito extra chicken online. Showed up on time. Bought a beer while waiting. Waited 30 mins. Two people got served that showed up and ordered in front of me while waiting with my beer. Keep the money
My kids loved the food. I thought the fries were cold, the chips were basic, and would have preferred nacho cheese. The red and green salsa was good.
I’ve been eating at El Patio for years! It use to be the spot but now I feel like the quality has gone down. I’m disappointed that I found a piece of black plastic in my chicken.
I always order the steak taco salad with guacamole it is so good. They are always busy so I must not be the only one who thinks they are bomb!
Best tortillas i have ever had! T the burritto i had was fantastic.everyone in our party (11) enjoyed the food!
El patio is a delicous Mexican restaurant located off of gibson and East Street in Woodland. Fresh chips and house made salsa and excellent food. The surf and turf burrito is excellent.
I was eating and my waiter said Hello kitty was bad (i was wearing a hello kitty shirt) then she said my hairstyle was bad
(if you ask i do not know what the girls name is)
then my parents confronted her about it and she said i was lying.pls sue her fvr and ever
Don't know what happened but this place used to be the only Mexican restaurant that I would eat at.the quality of the food went down.its the same restaurant but the food is a 2 on a scale of 10
YUM, YUM, YUM! Great food, friendly service, great prices! This is a low key casual fast food eatery. Their street tacos on Taco Tuesday are delicious. And so is everything else. The tortilla chips and salsa bar is quite good, especially the green sauces. I plan to go back often!
Always great food. This place is never empty. There is always a very long line. But it moves fast.
My boyfriend and I both had the Super Burrito with carnitas, and let me tell you - not only is this burrito as big as my head, but it was easily the best I've ever had.
How long are the regular customers going to keep enabling this establishment to screw its customers?
I have came to El Patio numerous times as a regular customer and I have decided no more am I going here. I am going to Iguana's Mexican Grill now. I will not miss the long drive through experience either at El Patio.
I ordered and two customers ahead of me got their 20 items before me. I had only flan on my order and patiently waited for 30 minutes out of respect for their busy hour. Their customer service to me was “Have a good day”. And did not even give me my flan. I asked for a refund. But no attempt by them to correct the issue.
Any place that does not try to make it right for their customers is not worth supporting. Adios El Patio!
